A perfectly pleasant stay at the hotel after a confusing mix up. I was advised to stay here due to its proximity to a consulate that I have a meeting with in the morning, but after a miscommunication, that office is a half hour away! Though no fault of their own, two staff (Carman and Brutto) were exceptionally helpful in confirming the actual locations of my meetings destination, and making sure I was well taken care of here. I would absolutely stay again!

Definitely recommend this hotel!!! The location is great, near metro, shopping mall, convenience store, and tourist attractions. The service is perfect! Staffs speak English and are very attentive. The room is clean and spacious with the beautiful view.

Excellent service and friendly staff. They even gave a cake when it's your birthday. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is excellent, there's a mall in front and lots of food shops.

Excellent service from all the hotel staff, especially Carmen, Stella and 小怡。 小怡called me after my check in to remind us of the afternoon tea which turned out to enjoyable and beautiful.  Carmen and Stella were very helpful with suggestions  for things that we can do to maximize our travel experience during our last day in Guangzhou and graciously extended our check out time. I am grateful for their hospitality.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The staff were really friendly (especially Roy, Finley, Chloe and Carmen). They helped us find places, change the checkout time and even upgraded our room to a premium suite. Location is great for Muslim travellers - near Xian Xian Mosque and Xiaobei Road. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Smooth check-in. Good room size, great room service, clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast. Location is very good as well, being inbetween two parks, lots of shopping and dining options as well as easy access to metro and of course lots of Didi cars around. Overall, will be happy to stay here again when next in GZ.

This was an amazing hotel experience. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was very clean and good service. We love all the staff, especially I wanna thank Carmen the supervisor of the front desk and we will definitely come back here.

The room is very big complete with all amenities. It location is also ideal right in the middle of Guangzhou. Staff are very tentative. Breakfast is superb..

The hotel is well-maintained, but since it is old, some amenities are missing. For example, there is no bidet hose in the bathroom. The air conditioner doesn’t heat the air, so we had to ask for an electric heater/radiator.
