My stay at the hotel satisfaction is 9/10. Breakfast was the best ( variety of food selection) and their indoor swimming pool and sauna was super clean and comfortable. Location was not so bad

I am surprised there are 3 lifeguards at the indoor pool. It was uncomfortable for me and in the end I did not swim.

Excellent overnight stay - short trip from the airport and room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff Allen was helpful.

Very good and the same high standards as 10 years ago when I first visited and stayed at Hilton Guangzhou.

This is a trip for listening to a concert of Justin Lo. The hotel is only 15 to 20 minutes walk away from the Guangzhou pavilion, which is the concert venue. The check in staff is very helpful, especially Allan, who was very friendly and helpful, giving us all the necessary information about the hotel and was kind enough to extend my stay for an extra two hours so that I can enjoy the spa which started at 11:30am. Special thanks to the Chinese cuisine restaurant where the staff are well trained and very hospitable. The food is gorgeous. Overall, a very good experience at the hotel of Hilton Baiyun.

A great experience at this hotel. The room service was great and the food so good including breakfast. They are polite and all helpful. I highly recommend and I will definitely come back to this hotel

Waited for an hour and half for room cleaning. Can’t share the same floor with my family.

The hotel is next to the Wanda shopping mall and north of the city center. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and quiet, though some of the furniture was a bit old-fashioned. The staff were friendly and allowed us to have an early check-in. The swimming pool was very well maintained, with quite a few life guards at the pool side to ensure the safety.
