Hotel is in an ideal location, near to quant shops across the road, 3 large malls, many eateries along the 2 main cross roads. Accessible via a couple of station exits from Tianyi East starion A and B. Exiting from Xilu Station will be a bit of a walk but doable.
Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room came with a sizable kitchenette. 2 small induction stoves, a full size refrigerator and utensils.

Fantastic value for 5-star luxury! The Oakwood exceeded our expectations. Good location near the Parc Central mall (and many others). Staff were helpful when we found our room too warm (no aircon in the winter and our room was on the southside getting full sun). Did everything they could to solve the problem. We ended up extending our stay to 3 nights. We did not try the breakfast.

RACIST - BAD SERVICE RECEPTION - **** AND THE STAFF NEXT TO HER 👎🤮
I want to report **** and the other staff on shift of 4PM 6/7/2024 (i have picture of them)
They had an disgusting attitude to SEA guest. They talked bad about us in Cantonese, I understand it all.
They ignored us while checkin and sloppy droped off my passport on the table instead of giving it to me politely, then they sneaky laughed at us.
I was shocked bc they were so polite and friendly with WHITE PEOPLE but rude to us!
Our comment is attached below, we are really disappointed, I was about to book more but the service is so bad.

Central location which js surrounded by the major malls in the district which brings huge convenience to the travelers and satisfy all your needs on shopping, dining and spa. Hotel is very nice, clean and newly constructed. I enjoyed my stay there very much!

For us, simply the best hotel in Guangzhou. Understated, professional service, in a wonderful location with truly great staff. The breakfast is delicious and best of all... the magnificent views from all the rooms in the hotel. Simply unbeatable! We always return to this hotel when we are in Guangzhou!
