Nice location, nice staff, helpful people, there were a few small stuff didn't work in the room but generally it was ok. Elevator waiting time is around 10 minutes..

We had a great stay this time again .. ..highly recommended... Yaness was particularly very helpful..

This always my favorite hotel in Guangzhou City Center. Good shuttle to the fairgrounds. A view restaurants and bars nearby.

As a Crowne plaza, it is a bit disappoint for me, first of all a hotel located in an old town in Guangzhou area not much local restaurant around hotel, you have to walk around 3 blocks to find some restaurants, otherwise you have to eat in the mall opposite the hotel which you can find a good hot pot on the fifth floor. Secondly, a hotel is a bit old compared to many 5 stared hotels in China nowadays, anyway it’s still well managed. Thirdly, the room is quite big but it’s still lack something in the room such as a table in the middle in the room or a couch, I can’t find somewhere to sit while I stay in the room with my partner instead of bed. Finally, I not sure does the hotel has suana or steam bath or not but they should have, by the way gym was great.

In 25 year of travel was the worse room service ever Beef was like a stone black Colors I do not know which way as bean cook , very bad experience ever do not recommended this hotel at all if you do want to be sick Standard not apply , what can of management?? is that ???!!!!!

It is good hotel and at 5th floor has a good HALAL food called crown restaurant

The hotel was nice and free upgraded a premium room. Premium room is much bigger and so nice and contains a desk for little office , breakfast is delicious. The porter Service is good too. We will book one more night before go hongkong . There is a Philippines general consulate office on 21st floor, same building as this hotel and easy to walk to the Philippines general consulate office for visa

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre for [number of nights] and had an wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.

Hotel Crowne plaza is a good and traditional hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Large and comfortable However, the entire hotel would need refurbishment as it's getting old. Toilets were clogged and TV image was blurry. Also it was impossible to heat the room.

Great overall experience. The location of the hotel is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants, allowing for choice for those seeking something outside the hotel. In the hotel, the staff was amazing, always going beyond to provide quality service. Our family had a small issue with our assigned room at check-in, the staff was extremely responsive - quickly providing another and helping with our needs. Deren at the front desk was extremely helpful with any of our needs, even following up with us throughout our stay. While I don't have the names of all the staff, the amazing support extended to those in the lounge, pool, cleaning, and restaurant. The breakfast was good, with a wide spread of dishes to choose from. While the hotel appeared to be fully booked for the Canton Fair, even during peak hours at breakfast, the dishes were full and there were many seats available. Overall a great experience and my family will certainly stay there again.

The amenities are top-notch, and everything is designed to make guests feel at home. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
