Very best staying experience in Guangzhou! We stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms. rooms were clean, quiet, and cozy. My 3 years old called the room we stayed 'our home', he even denied going out to play but staying in the room🤣 Very convenient location near the subway station, with a friendly staff and excellent service. We will absolutely come back to stay whenever we visit Guangzhou again.

I had stayed in China Hotel for 6 days. Good location and convenient for public transport such as MTR. Different food varieties in breakfast time. However I observed that the table mat after used was not replaced. Some vacant table did not have forks and knife ready on table. Some cups and plates had stuck with dirt. Overall cleansing within restaurants just met the standard. Next, the massage room environment not comfortable. Quite a lot of old machines kept inside massage room just like a store room. We ordered a 60 minute massage but the actual massage time just around 50 minutes. No music inside massage room during 50 minutes massage reduced the relaxation feeling. Overall the massage service not up to standard and need much improvement. Would not suggest the low cost Massage performance.

Is good to have automatic cleaning systems for toilet users.

Being upgraded to a suite. Huge room. Good service as usual. Have been staying in this hotel for 30+ years (on and off, of course 😊）

The location is very very good near metro station exit a opiste to mosque

Good location just next to exit of Yuexiu Park metro station exit D1. Easy transfer from airport via metro line 3 to Jiahewangang station change to line 2 to Yuexiu park station. Smooth checkin and room is quiet and comfortable.

Nice clean old fashioned Chinese 5-star hotel. We stayed in the renovated wing, which is not bad except low ceilings in the room and outside in the corridor. We walked to Yuexiu Park across the street which was quite nice too. However due to canton fair, it was quite expensive around US$200 for a standard room. The concierge recommended a nearby Michelin bib restaurant near the hotel. But it turned out to be a bit disappointing although not bad. I guess Guangzhou has too many great Cantonese restaurants.

The hotel is ok. The front staff was excellent and friendly. The staff by the breakfast buffet maybe not so much. The shower doors were not cleaned. Bizarre. The hotel lobby and reception area smelled so bad. It was so disgusting. A sewage kind of smell. The rooms didn’t have that smell though. It was an ok stay. At 3 times the regular price due to Canton fair, the experience should have been better.

A value for money hotel which is clean, nicely decorated, attractive breakfast selection and is super comfortable. I slept through the night. Room is big and clean. We were greatly impressed by the size of the single bed ( ours is twin bed room) and the comfortable pillow. We will definitely return to stay in this hotel when we go GZ again.

Location is the main reason for staying. Room is clean but this time two of the lift are under maintenance. Hv to wait long during peak hours.

Good: changed the room when we asked. The bedding and pillows are good. Starbucks at the first floor. Bad: The first room was smoking although I asked no smoking. The second room had smell, we had to ask to change the room. Not so clean. No welcome from the hotel although I informed that I had a birthday at the date of check in.

Pretty good overall. Bell boys are polite and they are ready to offer help to us. But one of our three rooms has a little smell of smoking.
