Excellent stay. Lobby receptionists are polite and very responsive, 小吴 went extra miles when she help me call didi driver when I left my wallet on the car.

Only stayed here for one night but I believe we got upgraded. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was massive. There are restaurants around the area and overall would come back

Very nice hotel, enjoyed the subway proximity and overall location. The room was clean and had all the listed amenities. Water and snacks were a nice bonus. Only two downsides were smoking neighbours and limited breakfast options.

The location was quite far from the airport, the staff were unfriendly, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Totally worth to face its price. We felt hospitality in here. And every details arrangement quite good. If we have chance to visit Guangzhou, we would choose it again.

I have stayed in Guangzhou with almost 5 hotel chains now (including a 5 star hotel), I must say Lavande offers services to a good extent. It is a pocket friendly option with almost all services. The only drawback was - the lobby/bathroom area was stinking too much ! I shouldn’t have been given the room if it was a an old problem.

"I'm staying at this affordable hotel with a very good and convenient location. There's a restaurant on the second floor with a lot of people that means it's good but I haven't tried it yet. The hotel I booked did not include breakfast, but you can pay for it additionally at a very cheap price. However, I didn't do this because I woke up late. The only thing I would complain about is that I booked a non-smoking room, but I can still smell a little bit of smoke in the room. However, it's not a big problem for me. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel."
