this is my second stay in this hotel , they upgrade my room and give me free breakfast. Service is good , location is okay , room is very clean i am plan to go back again later

hotel is very clean and nice environment very comfortable of my stay of 3 night at this hotel . All hotel stay are very friendly and helpful. Front desk manager upgrade my room for free , and they are verykindly will help me when saw me carrying many things and give me a free eco bag to put my stuff . 酒店非常干净，环境很好，我在这家酒店住了3晚，都感觉非常舒适。酒店员工们都非常友好和乐于助人。前台经理免费升级了我的房间，服务非常非常好. 当看到我搬运很多东西时，他们会非常友好地帮助我，并给我一个免费的环保袋来放我的东西。 打扫阿姨也非常友好，把衣服放到篮子想说晚上回酒店了拿去洗，没想到阿姨主动就把我放在洗衣篮的衣服交去洗好了晾干，我晚上回到酒店就能去取我的衣服.这点确实惊喜到我了，非常谢谢这些举动可以让我们在疲累的旅程中的一些感动

l love love always staying at this hotel its my second time in a year spending a month in the hotel and l love it.the front desk is super friendly and have quite good English most of them.very helpful staff if you need help with anything.l would reccomend anyone especially of any race,they are super friendly,breakfast is lovely too.l would just opt that the rooms be cleaned a bit earlier than late in the evening and the bathrooms be scrubbed even after two days at most but its nothing to worry about the bathrooms they always tidy ,lm just a fuss when it comes ro where l take a bath hahaha.they habe a washroom aswell

The carpet was visibly dirty, with obvious stains all over the place.

Clean and nice. Not noisy at all. Not so far from subway station. Many little restaurants around the hotel. Outlet markets are close to the hotel. The breakfast has many choices and delicious. Close to the international airport and east railway station. Because of there is no building front of the hotel you can see surroundings through the windows. Reasonable price for the 4 star hotel. I really liked that when I stick room key card the curtain opened automatically and starts chilling music played. That makes very comfortable.

Very helpful front desk staff. Good facilities in rooms. Filthy, dirty, stained carpet - only criticism. Didn’t have breakfast so no comment on that.

酒店房間佈局合理，設施齊全，讓人一進門就感受到温馨與舒適。服務人員很有禮貌，看到我都會打招呼，樓下有小便利店，還有機器人送外賣到房間，真的很方便，退房飛機延，L給我免費延遲退房，真不錯。

已經住過好幾次了，性價比還是蠻高的。這次我看程序有活動定了兩晚，真的蠻划算。早餐還是OK的，還是蠻豐富。這兩天在這投屏看電視劇是真的放鬆，而且還蠻安靜。服務的人員、阿姨都還蠻nice的。門口還有停車位，開車來也很方便。

很不錯的酒店，服务非常好，買了鞋子大了，l 安排了酒店銷售經理開車帶我去門店換，前台還幫我叫外卖，真的很贊，酒店拖鞋很舒服，前台還让我退房帶一双走，真的很不錯。、 1 ！

房間出乎意料乾淨 裝修很喜歡 進門就有藍牙音箱一直放着音樂 整體感受很舒適 很多細緻的小細節都值得點贊 有提供充電線 整體考慮很周到 電視上有很多免費的電影看 有提供早餐 整體感受拉滿 來花都會首選這家

鄰近白雲機場及融創附近，由於我是配合海外朋友在廣州白雲機場下飛機所以梯選這酒店一起住，我在香港到這酒店就有點遠，從廣州東打滴滴到這酒店要1小時🫣 但第二天我到融創茂玩就很近！我一早安排了要和朋友同層樓，酒店貼心安排，還加了床給我們，讓小孩可以一起睡

距離機場很近的一家酒店 打車到機場十幾分鍾 前台有日用品提供 可以自己拿取 房間視野很好 還有洗衣房 退房L還送了伴手禮 下次還會入住
