I think the location isn't bad as you're near restaurants and a beautiful scenery behind the hotel.. Many guests struggled to find the main reception. And it wasn't exactly clean as I found condom wrappers laying on the floor. For more than 400 yuan a night I think you'd expect much more quality especially in China mainland.

Very bad client servicing. It was 34 degrees when I traveled to GZ with my family including 90+ elderly. The air-conditioning is not working and the staff kept me waiting for 4 hours in the room and could not get a solution. It was super hot in the room and they only gave me a fan for the whole day and night. They didn't even apologize for this kind of situation and were very disappointed with this kind of attitude. They never do regular maintenance checks and let the customer stay in a room without AC during a hot summer. Never stay here ever again.

The room was fantastic view, reasonable price, but the cleanliness you have to be aware of , some of the room has a lot of insects and cockcroach. Service was ok even they barly speak english, 20 mins walk to beijinglu there are many restaurant and street food near by , very convenient

we rent that hotel for our wedding. the room that they gave us is little old. you can see it on the flooring and cabinets. there is a weird smell coming from the bath room. and bathroom door is not secured. it is sliding and you cannot lock it. there is no privacy when using it. i booked for lake view room. but they gave us a non lake view room. they dont want to transfer us. we are asking for one blanket but they want to charge us 30rmb per day. We told the hotel staff not to open and enter our room when we are nor there. but the cleaners keep on entering our room without our permission. Our luggage are open and we are not comfortable having people entering our room without our permission.

Not too bad but cleanliness of the toilet can be better. Can see insects crawling out of the drain sometimes.

訂的江景雙床房，前台工作人員看到我們人比較多，升級了江景套房，從湖南帶着家人來這邊玩兒，房間有太陽🌞，有江景，很漂亮，心情都很好的，衞生設施設備都不錯，最主要洗衣機還帶烘乾功能，開心的一次旅行，下次介紹朋友來！

第二次入住不錯，前台態度很好，房間寬敞舒適，床鋪也非常柔軟，位置很好，交通方便，距離很多景點都很近，可以去打卡，這次是一家人來廣州的非常滿意，下次還會再訂，也會推薦好朋友來住。

Das Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern war im 23.Stock und hatte eine tolle Aussicht zur Stadt. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es fehlte jedoch eine Tischlampe, so musste man leider immer das helle Deckenlicht anmachen. Auch gab es keine Möglichkeit das extra Schlafzimmer zu schließen, da eine Tür fehlte. Die Küche hatte lediglich 2 Tassen und ein Wasserkocher. Ansonsten war der Service sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es viele Supermärkte & Restaurants.

偶然在攜程上看到這個酒店。感覺經濟實惠，舒適乾淨這家酒店位於市中心，江景舒服，價格實惠且舒適乾淨。房間雖小但佈置温馨，讓人覺得舒適，服務人員態度友好，熱情解答客人的問題。周邊有許多特色小吃和景點，可以值得推薦試試。 設施：舒適 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：江景開闊 服務：認真貼心

房間非常滿意，衞生很乾凈，在房間看江景特別好看，晚上的風景特別美，去珠江夜遊碼頭，北京路都非常近，周邊有很多美食，非常好吃，非常好的一次入住體驗，下次一定再過來！點贊，點贊！

地鐵團一大廣場站到酒店就七八分鐘，交通方便，周圍美食很多，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，前台服務超級好，傍晚的江景超美，性價比很高，值得推薦
