The moment you enter the lobby be prepared to inhale absolutely inhumane amount of cigarette smoke. The non smoking signs are everywhere which makes the situation more absurd. The room is clean, the front desk is great, the staff are helpful and kind, the breakfast is extremely poor. The smoking issue ruins everything!

The bedding’s pillow‑top mattresses and down comforters made sinking into bed after a long day a real treat . I appreciated the in‑room fridge and electric kettle—small touches that added practical convenience. Breakfast at Paco Hotel earned consistently high marks. Guests regularly praised the buffet for its diversity and quality, noting it as “delicious” and “a good variety” . Hotel was very clean , whole fooor was none smoking and was fresh smelling, breakfast was nice on both occasions although lacked any real coffee as was powder machine. Staff very friendly and ideal if visiting Chimelong safari

It was a great stay. The hotel staff was very helpful. And the service was great for the amount paid. Would recommend for someone looking for a clean place when travelling for business

Bad service all together

The hotel is clean. There is a car park with security. There are shops and restaurants nearby. There were no English channels on the TV. The room had a kettle and a selection of teas. The shower was good and powerful.
