Nice hotel and good location, just the room is a bit too small and we can hear the next room guests talking. Otherwise the else are good.

Excellent location close to Metro station, 15 minutes walk. Surrounding areas are very clean and safe to walk around. There are lots of eateries offering delicious food and reasonably priced. Will definitely refer to friends and family, and stay here again.

We stayed here for a family of 7 with kids and elderly parents due to the price and location. The hotel is conveniently located near many malls and restaurants. The subway is approximately 12 minutes walk away. The entrance is small and the floors are entered via one lift which sometimes means there is a little waiting time. The service was friendly and attentive and no question was too big. Next door is a decent traditional cantonese restaurant, karaoke bar and a small convenience shop. We stayed in the business rooms with two “double beds”, good size rooms with pull out sofa beds, large desk and big showers. Please note the beds are not the same size as UK double beds and would struggle to fit 2 person. Great amenities with high tech lighting and curtain closing button, built in music which plays in the shower and a robot delivers your food to the door! All in all a great stay and we would come back again.

The location was in a safe area, and the hotel itself is new. The only major downfall is that even though it's a non-smoking hotel, the hallways all have an ash tray right beside the elevator, so there's always smoke. We had to change rooms because the room we were in smelled totally like smoke. The new room did not smell like smoke. The hotel was clean and the were nice, and despite the smell of smoke, we would still stay here again.

All the stuff was always very kind and willing to help with any doubt i had. The room and the bathroom were very tidy and were cleaned every day. The location is great, there is many nice restaurants nearby and has 2 metro stations very nearby by walking. The facilities are well equiped, can easily wash and dry clothes.
