This is our 2nd booking with this hotel because of its strategic location. However, after we stayed from 6tb July till 9th July during our first booking and 2nd booking from 9th July to 12th July, we realised the cleaner only tidy up and replenished our room with new towels, toilet paper, 2 bottles water, slippers, throw out rubbish but DID NOT change our bedsheets or pillow cases, the cleaner DID NOT clean the toilet floor as we can still see hairs on the toilet floor and bedroom floor. The basic minibar also don't have. There's also no place to hang clothing. Room always smells stinky as other guests were smoking near the hallway and the smoke entered into our room. My clothing smells stinky. This 2nd booking we approached a front desk personnel, who was a short female staff wearing spectacles. She is very unfriendly and not helpful when we asked her how to book a taxi service DIDI if we did not have the Alipay App. She replied us with rude manner and not willing to talk more instead asking us to get taxi by standing outside of the hotel. That was the reason we then decided to cancel our 3rd booking and switch to other apartment hotel called YuJiangYuan WeiFuDun Hotel which is 10 minutes walk from Beijing Road Subway Station. So we stayed at new hotel from 12th July to 15th July 2024. WeiFuDun Hotel has cheaper pricing, very spacious, has window, minibar, microwave, washing machine and beautiful view from level 12 which this WeiFuDun hotel has upgraded for me from level 8 to 12th floor.
