Great hotel located 1 metro stop from Guangzhou South railway station or 25 minute walk (we didn't walk). This means then far out of the city and main tourist spots and requires a commute by public transport so need to be mindful of that and often with changes on metro and buses. It was perfect for us and lovely neighbourhood with plenty of fresh food, street stalls, restaurants and supermarkets. Room was large and spacious. The owners were so so nice, we were given water and fruit, and help to carry our bags. Always there ready for you with a smile.

If you want to do business, and want to meet up with others business people internationally
This is a hidden gem spot. I'm from Singapore to scout for business while on 30 days visa. The boss is friendly and helps to keep parcels delivery. If you Don't understand English, call up the boss, he will pick you up from the station. If you want to have local a feel and want to understand more about the local culture of Guangzhou. This could be a good place to start with.

Risheng Apartment is 3-5minutes walk to Dazhou station making it very to Guangzhou South Railway Station. The owners / managers are very friendly & goes above beyond to offer help. They Even upgraded my room which unnecessary -i'm so thankful.
The room is worth what you pay for.

Was very nice and convenient for me as had to take early train next morning. The owner took me to train station and explain well even if language barrier.. but thanks we have wechat. Can improve with bigger towels for shower.

THE PLACE WAS VERY CONVENIENT AND NEAR TO GUANGZHOU NAN RAILWAY STATION, THE ROOM SERVICES WERE EXCELLENT AND THE OWNERS WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AS TO THE POINT OF UPGRADING MY ROOM FOR FREE AND PROVIDING SCOOTER FOR NEARBY TRAVEL ,I VERY MUCH LOVED IT AND WOULD VISIT AGAIN
