Park Shijia boutique apartment (Guangzhou Yangang Metro Station Store)

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff took great care of us. they even helped carry our bags and kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, polite, and willing to help with anything we needed. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality and excellent service. P.S. The room was very clean, smelled great, and the air conditioning was perfectly cold.

Staff L is very helpful always help for what ever we need also the facility is so clean and convinient near at coffee shop and restaurant also at family mart 😊

The room was okay and looked like the photos online. However, there was a strong smoke smell when we first entered, which was quite unpleasant. The location wasn’t great — there’s construction going on nearby, and we had to walk out to the main road just to catch a cab. Since we cab everywhere we go, this was a bit of a taboo for us. It also rained during our entire 3-day stay, which made things even more inconvenient. On the first day, we almost had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs because we didn’t have a security card to access the lift. Thankfully, the hotel staff were helpful when we called — they came to fetch us and brought us in through another entrance using their card. Appreciate the assistance, but overall, the experience could have been better.

Our stay was really comfortable at this place. Clean apartment, fresh bed linens and towels. Location was strategic since it was not so far from subway station, bus stop and only 15-20 drive to the nearest train station. Only one downside was low ceiling, because apartment has 2 levels… P.S. if you are choosing this apartment for cooking own meals, it’s suitable but doesn’t have necessary cooking amenities like pots, pan fryer and etc

The staff is very helpful. He try to help us even though we cant speak Chinese. The room is clean and nice they have a staff that come to change towel and garbage bag everyday. 10/10
