Good location by the river and a walking distance from Beijing Lu. Overall very good stay but a few things to keep in mind 1. Simple but good room 2. No elevator 3. Self checking no reception but communication via WeChat is proactive and effective 4. It can be more clean and eye pleasing

Great location, windows - light room, feeling alive inside u can watch movies here on movies projector staff is nice granny, don’t speak english at all, so better know chinese or have a cute chinese girlfriend with you

Impossible to find. No identity verification. No manager, very funny it is actually. I checked in by myself and checked out without no body noticing.

I am from Thailand with 2 children. The accommodation is about 300 meters from Beijing Lu Railway Station. On the way to the subway, there are many food options. Especially near the accommodation, there are restaurants, 7-11, and shops to choose from, which is very convenient. Walk about 50 meters from the hotel and you will see a river view. The room is convenient. The air conditioning is cool. The front of the accommodation is easy to notice. I recommend staying here.

Very good location and very friendly staff who was very helpful.

Not recommend, no any person there to open gate. Wasting too much time for finding where it is. And no help from the owner....we need to extend one more day but she totally deny. Care taker is good lady, she helping us lot to understand everything. For that only we give 3 star. Otherwise room are very small, she showing wrong picture of rooms. No any ventilation or any window. Smelling everywhere near hotel. Don't take, she cheated and can't change.

This Apartment is really clean. Their staffs are veey much Friendly and its beside a river. So, you can walk beside the road whenever you want. Thanks to Trip.com and the hotel management team.

賣家秀的照片加了濾鏡與實際光線有一點出入，這個房型是頂樓，夏天怕熱的朋友可能空調要開大一點了，樓下不算很安靜，隔音也不算很好，但店家準備了耳塞在房間，服務也很好

這家的客服姐姐和阿姨人都超級好的説，愛了愛了，如果下次來粥館看劇，還來這裏住🤓☝🏻，嘴一個💋💋

這地方沒招牌，地址顯示的地方完全看不出有住宿公寓，加上微信後自行開門上樓，開房間門，全都是自助，房間毛巾，水全都要自己去拿，住了幾天，完全是當自己家，倒垃圾，換毛巾全都自己來，感覺很奇怪。窗戶關不緊，樓下的餐廳油煙全都灌進房裡。

差、差、差 不知道評分4.8怎麼來的？ 真心不建議預訂！！！

房間性價比好高， 這個價錢根本沒有挑剔的東西， 首先想讚讚店家同店員都態度好好，（只是花洒水壓實在太低了🥲)
