Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service! I recently stayed at this accommodation with my family, and we were beyond impressed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner’s hospitality stood out—going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even provided a luggage weighing scale and a garment steamer, which were incredibly thoughtful touches that made our stay even more convenient. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. Both the room and the toilet were spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for us to relax in. It’s clear that great attention to detail is given to keeping the place tidy. The amenities were also top-notch. The highlight was the projector, which came with premium Youku movies, making our nights in extra enjoyable. Additionally, essential toiletries, bottled water, and even slippers were provided, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and superbly managed accommodation. We will definitely return in the future!

Great service, a 5 star rate and truly happy with Mr Fan, our butler, who attended to our needs immediately, without fail. Thank you so much Mr Fan! Location is also a 5 star rate, near restaurants, Beijing Road for shopping and interesting shops nearby. We also had a big help from Mr Fan with my parents medical needs. Truly a jewel to find..

The place is a cozy 2 room apartment with washing machine , kitchen and a automated toilet cistern thrown in. That warm toilet seat is a warm welcome when you wake up at 6C in the morning for nature call. The projector / seating platform by the window is a pleasure to have. The appliances was a bit difficult to maneuver as the instructions are in chinese but Mr Fan the personnel in charge is fast to respond and very helpful. The location couldn't be better, located just by the side of the river Yangtze, a famous evening eatery is just few steps away and it's at the starting point of Beijing Road (walking distance minus the noise and light pollution). Will be back.

Great stay, strategic location at Guangzhou, Beijing road 步行街，Walking distance to 大佛寺 The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The customer service went above and beyond. They help to arrange airport transfer and local tour. Efficiency at check-in was impressive. Drop off of luggages before check in time, professionalism in handling repairs was commendable, immediate change a brand new washing time once acknowledged. The rooms are just wow, great interior and spacious with full amenities. Greta value for money, Highly recommended for other traveller, definitely will come again.

We had such an enjoyable time in Guangzhou. The unit is very cozy, so cozy that we can stay in the whole day. The host is superb, allow us to check in early, very responsive to text and helpful. He goes all to ensure that we are nicely settled in. The view is amazing, strategic location and many convenience stores around. The unit has everything you need, cups, cutlery, microwave, kettle, disposable towel, washing machine, provided toothbrush, towels etc...highly recommended!!!

We are a family of 5. Booked the duplex suite which has 3 double beds and a sofa bed which is more than enough for us. Location at Beijing road is super convenient. There are whole stretches of shops everywhere to shop and eat. The first room we stayed, in smelled of cigarette snoke, we feedback to Mr Fan and he was able to let us changed to another room next day which is great. Room condition is acceptable.for us. The washing machine with dryer function serves us great during our 4 nights stay. Projection TV has limited free videos to watch, but for us it's okay as we spent most time outside exploring. The famous Lucky restaurant for dim sum is just located on the 8th floor in the same building . There's also Starbucks and 7 eleven store downstairs. If you expect hotel grade service and cleanliness , you probably need to look elsewhere. Overall, Mr Fan is a very helpful and friendly butler He helped us arrange airport drop-off driver and also recommended us a a very nice dim sum restaurant 子曰礼which turns out even better than those Xiao Hong Shu recommendations

Very good location as it’s located just a stone away from the famous shopping street of Guangzhou, 北京路. The apartment agent are very nice and helpful to answer our query even months before our trip, and he also went the extra mile to receive us at the wee hour of 4am to bring us to our apartment and ensure a smooth check in, and even help to mail us the item we left behind apartment after we checked out, making sure that we have a pleasant experience with our stay there. Appreciate it and 100% yes for me to rebook this apartment.

The location is great. A lot of restaurants around,easy to city-walk. The staff is friendly, I requested check in early bz bring my 3 kids . The massage shop and nails shop just in the same level beside room. Level 9 is cinema .FYI thanks

Satisfy with the room and location! Super convenient and happy stay here. Easy to walk around. Foods and shopping can get easily. The 管家very helpful and efficient! Massage, saloon, manicure & pedicure can get in the same floor! Love it…

1 living room’s sofa is a bed. Tv got nothing to watch cuz the host didn’t purchase membership. 2 beside living room, there’s a “room” with just curtain cover over. 3 kitchen very small but it’s ok we only need to boil hot water. Watching machine is noisy. And if you want cook u can’t do laundry if not your clothes will have smell. 4 right beside living room is toilet area. Very nice mirror. 5 toilet is extremely small and hot water also not that stable. 6 a small room, good enough to sleep but can’t open luggage 7 a bigger room, if remove the bathtub build a toilet will be better 8 view from the room is really nice So overall, I think it’s 5/10, location is good near to Beijing road, but the building itself is very old. Room is very small and cramped but we still manage to survive 7 days. Picture sometimes really beautify everything so we quite jaw drop when we see the actual room.

 The location is perfect, 北京路步行街just around the corner. The property is conveniently connected to a shopping complex, making it very accessible. They provide airport transfer services with charges varying depending on the car type. Luggage storage is also available; just contact the person in charge. Many thanks to the staff for helping me collect all my online parcels from驿站in advance. As for the downsides, the rooms could benefit from some renovation, and the bathrooms would appreciate a deep cleaning. Additionally, the entire building has only 3elevators, which can result in long wait times.
