Had book Dulplex 3 bedroom with 2 toilet for 6 night stay on June 2025. Check in midnight no problem at all. Location :(Mr Wenda Block A) is good with Starbuck right below, walking distance to eateries. To mrt is about 8-10mins walk. Rooms & toilets is clean providing with disposable towels not toothbrush, washing machine, fridge , kettle & also steam iron is provided upon request. No issue with lift as got 3 lifts. Staff is helpful , parcel can sent to their office address & collect from there. Overall is good and will book again next time when we go to Guangzhou again. 👍 Photo taken is before check out as arrived at midnight is tired didn't take any photo so is little messy.🤭

The apartment not too big, but can sleep 6 easily. It doesn’t have enough luggage space though but we are ok to leave the luggage in the living room and not inside the room. The apartment is equipped with basic amenities and toiletries. There is also a projector and that makes the stay more fun as family can watch movies together after a long day of shopping. The location is excellent, about 7 mins walk to Beijing road and surrounded by local shops and fruit stalls. The operator is very friendly and will go out of the way to accommodate us. We arrived early and request to check in early, they allowed. We ran out of toiletries, they immediately delivered extra rolls of toilet papers and tissues. All in all an excellent stay.

It is a nightmare staying there. Different location as address mentioned in trip.com. house owner will direct you by wechat video to the new address. If you are a non China user you will surely have difficulty. The building is under construction. The whole floor you stay at is likely nobody to stay there. It is like staying in prison once you get out nobody on the whole floor. A bit creepy. I booked 2 nights. Only stay 1 night and move out as soon as possible the next morning. Please be aware and stay out of this hotel.

Love the stay as it is walking distance to one of the tourist spots, the church and taking didi to other tourist spots such as Beijing road, temple, etc also not too far. The homestay is also very clean and comfortable. The owner provided one off brush, towels, slippers, shower gel, fridge, etc. and I do love the space that they have the washing machine + dryer. The air conditioner is also functioning good, sofa bed and beds are clean as well. The view from the stay is so amazing. We can see the church from our window! :) And we do enjoy the small living room as there is a big projector screen for us to enjoy the movies. Recommended for a small group of friends to stay at this place.

Staff was helpful pretrip, arranged for some packages to be delivered before I arrive and they provided a receiving address. Nice to note that the location of the premises is different as they have several apartments. They will send important details via wechat after contacting them. The building was under construction and it was abit difficult to check which building, lucky the staff answered the phone and assisted us. Nice place for big families. Prime location at Beijing Road.. food stores available at night downstairs and shopping just a stone throw away. For the convenience and attentiveness of the staff, we will come back. Shopping mall with famous dim sum place just beside the apartment..

Great location depending on the type of room booked, they have multiple room types at different building and location. Most of them are nearby and walkable distance to attractions and foods. Ours is near to the Sacred Heart Cathedral and within descent walking distance, with the same walking distance to Beijing Road.

DeMu is located at beijing Road, very convenient, walking 2 mins to reach Beijing road. 大佛寺is just at the side of the building. Downstairs have a food street open until 5am. 7- eleven just by the building level 1. 8 floor have a nice restaurant. Building itself is quite old, but doesn't affect the cleanliness inside the room. Room is quite big for 6 people staying but only have 1 toilet. The service is good.

If you are looking for a unit to stay in Guangzhou in the middle of the city and within walking distance to Beijing Lu, DeMu apartments will be your best choice! We stayed 5 nights with 7 person comfortably in our unit facing the Canton Towers. The building is right above Beijing Lu where night life is amazing, shopping is fantastic and eating variety is 💯💯 mind blowing! It's also walking distance to Beijing Lu Metro (500m) and the Buddha Temple is just around the corner. Overall, the team have been responsive, Unit satisfactory and cleanliness acceptable. If you expect hotel standards, you should stay in a hotel but if you are like us, realistic, this is good value for money. Happy to return here when we visit GZ again!

Overall, we are very satisfied with the environment and services of this homestay. We sincerely appreciate the help and patience of Mr. Fan. He has been extremely kind and helpful, especially with assisting us in locating our delayed baggage while it was in transit to the homestay. The homestay itself is cozy, spacious, and clean. We are truly enjoying our stay here. The location is also excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the shops on Beijing Road, where we can easily find meals and do some shopping. Once again, we would like to express our gratitude for the homestay help in receiving our parcel and kindly delivering it to our room. A lot of information was shared with us before our arrival. We obtained responsive and prompt response from Mr Fan even in the midnight. Thanks for his consideration and patience.
