Hampton by Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe Smart City

It's a wonderful hotel but pretty far from all the tourist attractions. It's surely peaceful due to its location. The breakfast was simple and good, it wasn't very crowded at the buffet. There's a guest laundry with free access. The room is very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Amber is really sweet and gave us a smooth check in. Jimmy helped us with our bags right till our room, he always smiled and greeted us. Chris helped me book the tickets and was always up for helping in any possible way. He also sent me a welcome fruit plate :) They aren't the best at English but we communicated using wechat and translator apps. I appreciate all their help and efforts!

This well-located hotel is an excellent option for tourists and business travelers alike, offering the reliable quality of the Hilton brand. I highly recommend it.

Chris was very helpful, he also helped me to explore the city from booking cabs and everything Good Experience in Hampton

in one night I changed room for 2 times and the next day I changed the room for the third time ,but the response from the reception was really slowly, hopefully next time there will be no issue

The location is quite remote and there was heavy traffic jam in the morning and evening.
