Checked in a bit of confusion. Booked based on a two double bed but was given two single beds. Upon further clarification, this was clarified and happy to be given a room that meet our expectations though room was a bit further from the lifts. Overall, it is a good hotel that is located in a strategic place near to food, places of interest. Have no qualms in recommending for those planning a trip to Guangzhou.

The location was so convenient, less than 5 mins away from the nearest metro station. Lots of great food options around too, including a 24h dim sum place nearby that I highly recommend. Room was nice and clean and I really enjoyed my stay. Many thanks to the friendly reception and housekeeping staff.

I stayed at Full Seasons Hotel (Guangzhou Rainbow Bridge Subway Station) for 6 nights during the Canton Fair. As always, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, living up to the high standards of the Full Seasons brand. Its location is excellent—just steps away from Metro Line 8, which offers a direct route to the Canton Fair complex. The hotel is also near Xihua Road in Guangzhou’s old town, where there are plenty of delicious local food options. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Guangzhou.

The hotel has a pleasant aroma upon entering and is conveniently located near the MRT. The staff are helpful, especially when it comes to holding parcels and assisting in locating them, rather than asking guests to find them on their own. Shampoo is provided, but you’ll need to request conditioner from the front desk. The hair dryer could be stronger. Overall, I really appreciate the cleanliness and ambiance of the place.

Their service is super great. With tasty friend and laundry machine to wash your cloth and dry your clothes.
They can help you store you luggage and collect your parcel before you arrive to your hotel

I had booked for 5 nights and extended for another 2 nights for this trip. It was the first time I came GuangZhou so there is nothing much i can compare with other hotels here. However, we had good sleep after all day walk. The mattress is quite to sleep good though. The room was neat and clean with minimalist design. Frontdesk staff are so helpful and friendly (we did troubled them quite a few times). Location wise, to us it was good. Ease to access and surrounded with nice food/dim sum/sandwich/confectionery etc. 7-11 and MCD are nearby too. Few minutes walks to MRT station around 10mins walks to 陈家祠. They have self service laundry machines (FOC) and their in house detergent smell good too.
Nothing much i can find fault on their service and facilities. That's the reason i extended my stay for 2 nights.

Full seasons Hotel (Rainbow bridge subway station) is in a very strategic area, we can reach the subway station in 5mins by walking. Their front desk staffs are all helpful and friendly. Their room is very comfortable and I enjoy my stay here. Will definitely come back again.
