I had a fantastic stay at Elegant Hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. First off, the location is incredibly convenient and easy to find. It's perfectly situated for both business and leisure, with close proximity to major attractions and transport links. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the warm and inviting lobby area. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was modern, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a stocked mini fridge and plenty of complimentary water. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The spread was very impressive and delicious, and the view of the river added a special touch. It's the perfect way to start the day! Another fantastic bonus was the free self-service washing and drying machines. It was incredibly convenient and saved me time, especially during my longer stay. Overall, Elegant Hotel is a gem, and I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, excellent service provided especially by the receptionist by the name "xiao Y" Assisting us to early check in, and also surprising us by free upgrade for our room All of all, still provide us with a midnight surprise of fruit platter and a warm milk to ease our sleep All the pictures showed in website are exactly the same shown in trip.com

Room size , view , amenities, and equipment are tip top Services of staffs need improvement as there are less foreigners.

We had a great stay with the Elegant hotel. Firstly it’s located next to the pier 大沙头 and it took us about 5 minutes walking to aboard the touring boat. And there are many good restaurants nearby too. The front desk workers were very nice and friendly. I only remember the lady 衣衣 who also sent us fruit plate that night we checked in. The other boys were nice and helpful too. The room we stayed was clean and spacious with beautiful river view. We were also very impressed by the Afternoon Tea Time service that offered us juice drinks, coffee, fruits, salads and various snacks. Definitely we will consider staying here again when we come to visit Guangzhou in the future.

After returning to the hotel late, the late night supper (noodles) that is available after 10pm was nice to have.

The room is very spacious and clean. I paid more to upgrade to the river view room, which I found to be beautiful. The service here is exceptional. 衣衣 was the main person I reached out to for anything I required help for. She was prompt in replies, always smiling and very kind to us. I appreciate 衣衣 a lot. She also helped with my request for a late checkout and I am very grateful! The rest of the service staff were exceptional too! The service I experienced here has exceeded any of the services I received from other 5 star hotels. They also have robots that deliver food deliveries direct to our room, so we need not step out of our room at all to receive deliveries. The gym is small, but it has the basic essentials - dumbbell free weights, a pull up bar, dipping bar, lat pull down, chest press, treadmills. The free noodles and high tea was a nice touch too. Our entire stay was comfortable and luxurious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou.
