The outside of the hotel left some things to be desired, but the inside was beautiful. My room was perfectly spacious and clean. The food did not suit my pallet, so though I paid for the extras, I didn't really use them. If you are a traveller looking for Western food, I would look elsewhere. Maybe it was because I was there right before and for the first day of Chinese New Year, I don't know. The afternoon tea contained several store-bought individual packaged snacks. There was, however, fruit in the lobby at all times and at breakfast and possibly at afternoon tea. This, along with the extra water from the housekeeper, were the redeeming factors when it came to food.
The staff in the dining area and every other areas were all very kind. The front desk staff helped me to print since there is no business center. The delivery robot was cool to see. I would return. I loved the bathtub.

入住這家美豪麗致酒店真是超棒的體驗！從進門那刻起，工作人員人員熱情周到的態度就讓人倍感温馨。房間寬敞整潔，床墊非常舒適，細節處處彰顯品質。地理位置也很便利，。下次出差一定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給所有追求品質的朋友！

上週來這邊出差，由於我和同事對住宿條件要求有點高，所以來之前看了很久周邊的酒店，綜合下來這家性價比是數一數二的，於是下了訂單，在我們抵店的頭一天管家小姐姐就給我打來了電話，詢問我們大概幾點到店，提醒我一些注意事項，當時就感覺有被重視到，我們是當天下午到店的，一進酒店大門就聽到小姐姐們説“歡迎回家，旅途辛苦了”，還給我們端來了温度剛好的茶水，剛好我口渴，好感又增加了，辦理入住的小姐姐也很熱情周到，聽見我們是來出差的就給我們安排了安靜樓層高的房間，還告訴我們七樓有健身房和免費洗衣房，對於出差在外的人來説確實很方便，不過讓我最感動的還是工作人員給我找到了我的隱形牙套，由於退房當天比較趕時間，我出門比較急，所以不小心將隱形牙套落在了酒店，當我想起來時已經離開廣州了，翻遍行李箱都沒找到，心裏有些鬱悶，畢竟一副隱形牙套並不便宜，重新定製又要花費時間精力，沒想到正當我鬱悶之時，就接到了酒店打來的電話，我以為他們衹是要做回訪所以接聽時還沒有耐心，電話那邊小姐姐温柔的説到客房大姐在做房間衞生時撿到了我的隱形牙套，她也知道是貴重物品，所以在第一時間打電話告知我，並且可以給我發快遞寄回，此刻我的心情終於釋然了，省了一大樁事，真的很感謝，這家酒店工作人員熱情細心又高效！為他們點贊！
設施：自助洗衣房裡麪還有烘乾機很方便
衞生：來的時候就拍了張照，房間衞生很好，乾淨整潔看起來很高檔
環境：可以的，交通很便利
服務：非常好，比較人性化！

前幾天因為考試，所以選擇了入住這家附近的美豪麗酒店也是朋友推薦的，第一是離考試地點近，第二次隔音很好，畢竟考試所以好的環境休息是真的很重要的，第三是自家酒店衞生做得非常的乾淨，東西擺放特別整齊，看着讓人心情愉悦很感謝朋友給我推薦這麼好的酒店，讓我有個好心情，好睡眠，也特別要感謝前台的一個大哥哥辦理入住時非常有禮貌，看我媽媽熱得滿頭大汗，還給我們遞的一次性濕巾，還有茶水服務，還給我們介紹了周邊吃食，瞭解到我們是過來考試的前台哥哥毫不猶豫地給我們升級了房型，並且貼心的為我打印了准考證，可整天丟三落四的，我第二天臨走時居然把准考證落酒店了，我正着急着準備讓我媽媽回去找老師，這時我媽媽的手機響了起來，原來是酒店前台的哥哥説我的准考證那酒店大堂休息區了，讓我們發地址給他，馬上拿過來給我們。不一會兒眼前停了一輛出租車，前台個個急切地沖了下來，對着我説准考證拿過來了，別擔心，現在還來得及考試，加油啊！那時的我真的無比的感動，心想我一定要好好考，沒想到考完試下雨了，媽媽撐着傘向我走了過來，原來是前台哥哥拿準考證過來的時候留下的。回來酒店時，前台哥哥還特別的關心的問候了，我真的太貼心了讓我非常的感動，這一次入住體驗真的非常難忘，感謝前台哥哥的用心服務，這也是我第一次這麼長篇大論的去用心寫一個評價，可能是真的被貼心到了，我會推薦給朋友們的期待，下一次再見！

我是一位年過七旬的長者了，剛好想着過來女兒這邊玩一下，所以女兒幫我訂了附近這家酒店，真的非常有幸入住這家酒店，感受到了前所未有的温暖和關懷，也住了好幾天了，寫下我的入住感受。特地叫女兒幫我點上這條好評。
入住當天，我和老伴兒因為旅途勞頓，身體有些不適。前台姑娘見狀，立即主動上前詢問，並貼心地為我們升級了房間，還安排了一位經驗豐富的客服小姐姐全程陪同。這位小姑娘不僅幫我們搬運行李，還細心地為我們介紹了房間設施和使用方法，並耐心解答了我們的各種問題。
印象最最深刻的就是一天夜裡，周身感覺特別的難受，我老伴幫我打起了前台的電話，不一會兒，前台小姑娘馬上敲起了房門：“您好，服務員”不知為何，聽到這個聲音，特別的好聽，開門的那一瞬間，看到小姑娘急切的樣子，手裡還拿了一個醫葯箱，向我問了一句，：“你現在感覺怎麼樣？需要帶您去醫院嗎？”當時真的特別的感動。當時也確實還是感覺到了渾身的不適，所以還是決定去醫院。小姑娘毫不猶豫的背起了我急匆匆的往樓下走，還為我打了車，到了附近的醫院，還幫忙給我的女兒打了電話，等到我女兒過來了，她才安心的離開了。
這前台小姑娘真的特別的細心，第二天回來酒店的時候這小姑娘還特別的關心的問候了我，真的是人美心善。非常暖心的一次住宿。

應該是番禺這邊很好的酒店了 房間乾淨舒服無異味 設施齊全 工作人員訓練有素彬彬有禮 洗衣房很乾凈整潔 早餐真的是不錯 因為著急趕車阿姨還幫忙打包了雞蛋 非常推薦入住
