Baili Hotel

As advertised. Very good location. Room with XiaoDu voice assistance, very convenient. Overall a good stay.

Stayed there for three nights. The location is okay for me, because near to the 上下九步行街, surrounded by a lot clothes shop. But this hotel soundproofing is not so good, when early morning 6am opposite resident open door and chatted lounder with their friends. Even close door or have peoples pass by also can heard clearly The room light is not so bright enough too.

Staffs are superb friendly and extremely helpful. They went extra mile to help collecting parcels and keeping it until our arrival. Hotel room is very clean and consider spacious for the price point. It is very new and have a nice little sky bar at the lobby. They provide unlimited free bottle water as well which is very nice and the bed are comfy. Location is near to the Shopping Street and Scenery places like YongQingFang but is abit far from Metro station.

Everything is so good! Especially free washing machine. Walkable distance to the 上下九步行街.

i stayed 3 nights at this hotel with my wife and 1 of our kid. It was one of the modern high tech hotel i had stayed in china. The service was really excellent allowing us to have late checkout till 3.00 pm while waiting for my night flight. The house keeping service was truly excellent making you feel comfortable like your home and very polite welcoming us.. They had cleaned our room nicely every day. They are one of the key staffs that make the hotel guest feel enjoying while staying in this hotel. The breakfast menu was quite variaty as well from day to day. The cin cong fen at the last day is truly delicious. The location is also very good as it is in walking distance to shangxiajiu street where it sold a lot food and shopping mall. . Last not least, one of the best service they gave to their guest was the free bottle water they put in front of the lift in each floor allowing their hotel customer to take additional bottle of water for free if the two free bottles provided inside the room isnt enough. The bottle of water is not an expensive stuff. But it made us a lot of convenience not required to buy additional one from outside if needed. Truly a great idea that made this hotel looks different from others (on positive side) Finally one of the thing they can improve is to change the power plug inside the room with international standard allowing many type of power socket type (they use china power socket type). So for us traveling from indonesia was unable to plug in our mobile charger power socket type and etc as it is different from china one and we missed to bring power socket converter. Other option is to offer the free loan converter to the guest during checkin type and return it back during checkout.

Booked 2 non smoking rooms but was given a smoking room and very smelly room. Very bad experience. Not recommended at all.
