Very high tech operation with robots snd automatic lights/drapes etc. Convenient shuttles to airport and subway. The water was not hot enough but the hotel engineer made it piping hot. The breakfast was excellent for the room price. Above all, the service and responsiveness were outstanding. The location is a little far from the city centre and the surroundings are a little grubby … but the shuttle/subway offers travel flexibility and starbucks is close by!

The best Hotel I have stayed in the last 10 years. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Ada was super wonderful. She even helped me bought all my staff online when I was having difficulties. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Good for hotel near to the airport, good chinese Hakka restaurant next to the hotel and yummy Only this is bad is smoking smell in the room even it is non smoking room You may need to early checking as you could and select several room for smoking smell free. Very rare.

A brand new hotel with everything new and clean! Water pressure for showers is really strong even though we stayed at the top floor 12th. Airport transfer service is available and convenient. However, there is no time to try the breakfast in order to catch the flight - simple packed breakfast was provided though...

A little far from the city but a great stopover hotel if you have an early morning flight to catch. Staff are willing to help and hotel room is huge and clean

Great hotel for a long stop over. They picked us up from the airport after a long chat conversation. They also brought us back to the airport the next morning. The hotel rooms are quite small but very comfortable and modern. Breakfast was great. This hotel is a good option for a stop over but for a vacation we would choose a hotel closer to the city centre and next to a metro station.

Hotel is clean and nice. Too bad never try the breakfast, because I am taking a morning flight. Have to be at the airport before 6:30am. Airport transfer 7 seaters car clean and driver very helpful too.

Had a pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton Guangzhou Renhe Baiyun Airport. As we had an early flight to catch so we selected this hotel. We are also grateful to one of their staff, 小沈. Before the trip I had called the hotel to arrange airport pickup when we return to Guangzhou. 小沈 picked up my call, subsequently via WeChat he helped to make the arrangement. On the actual day however, we had a slight hiccup but it was resolved quickly; my contact number wasn’t a local number and the driver who was suppose to pick us up could not contact me. 小沈, who was off that day had to liaise between the driver and myself for us to get on the hotel pick up bus. So thankful for their staff who went the extra mile to ensure we are picked up safely and transported to the hotel. Another memorable incident was we could make it for the 8am airport bus to the airport, so we decided to take our own Didi to the airport. However, when we checkout at the counter, one of the male staff (blue jacket) helped us to book a transport to the airport even though we had informed earlier and cancelled our seat on their hotel bus to the airport. It was a pleasant surprise that the hotel helped to book a taxi to send us to the airport. It was very nice and thank you. Overall, the selection at breakfast was good and delicious; western and Chinese. Location is a little further from town but it is still a good stay if u have an early flight to catch as they offer free airport pickup to and from airport.

I would recommend Mr. Leon Chi Fung (Driver). He is very nice and takes good care of guests. The staff at the front desk are also helpful. For sure, I will come back.

The hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims. The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country. Overall experience was quite good.
