This hotel is an excellent choice for families since it’s right across street from the Canton Tower and the metro station is right down the road. They also have a laundry room which is super convenient. Rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is very clean and the service is good, the morning breakfast is delicious and I recommend yall to choose here to stay because it’s very good and very worth it , there’s even a free laundry place where we can wash our clothes

The location was great, right opposite the Canton Tower Plaza. It was a public holiday when I stayed, so the area was incredibly crowded. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I actually booked this hotel because I wanted to try their pillows, and one of the female staff went out of her way to explain everything, even though she knew I wasn’t going to buy on the spot. She clearly loved the product. You can even request to test different pillows, and they’ll send them up to your room. The room was a bit tight but had most of the essentials. The only real issue was the sound-proofing. I could hear my neighbour chatting well past midnight. Either they were talking too loudly, or the walls are just too thin — probably a bit of both. They also offer laundry assistance. If all the washers are in use, you can leave your clothes with a filled-in form, and the team will take care of it. Your laundry will be hung outside your door the next morning.

Clean hotel very close to underground station. Staff very helpful and friendly and clearly wanted to make our stay comfort and uneventful. Hotel facilities setup for guests to live comfortably away from home eg laundry facilities including detergent supplied. Will be back.

This hotel is amazing. It’s clean, and the staff are friendly as well. The room was modern. The breakfast was great too. If you can speak English, please contact the General Manager, Trista. She took care of me throughout my stay, even during my business trip to another city. Trista is the best. Some staff members aren’t fluent in English—only a few. So, please look for Trista, the General Manager. Without her help, my entire trip would have been a disaster! She guided me on public transportation, places to visit, food, taxis, and more. She is so wonderful! I strongly recommend this hotel. Because It’s very easy to get there from the airport by Subway Line #3. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but it was expensive—I paid 220 yuan. If you take the subway from the airport, it’s only 8 yuan, and there’s only one line at the airport, so you can’t miss it. No transfers are necessary; it’s a direct ride. 1. Take Subway Line #3 at the airport and get off at "CANTON TOWER CENTER," Exit B. 2. Go out at Exit B, walk straight for about 5 minutes, 3. and you will find the "ATOUR" hotel. The hotel is on the 2nd floor. Take the elevator from the 1st floor to reach the front desk on the 2nd floor. The hotel is the right in front of Canton Tower, so you can see that every night, lol. Please look for Trista, the general manager. She’ll take care of everything you need and help you avoid mistakes. I plan to come back this year because of her! TRISTA, SHE IS THE BEST! Bad English, imposible to communicate Breakfast only one coffee machine

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were fantastic. They are so helpful and courteous. Location is opposite canton tower.

Nice clean hotel. Excellent location to metro and Canton Tower. Not too far from Party Pier. Quick check-in and check-out. Great check-out time of 2pm. Breakfast was good.

Definitely an unforgettable stay here at Atour Light. Despite it being a light accommodation hotel the services are impeccable. The service staff are all exceptionally friendly and took initiative to make your stay welcoming. In some instances, my daughter forgotten to tie her hair while eating and they helped her tied her hair while she ate, she is 3 years old in case you are wondering. There are laundry services but literally they help you washed and send to your room after. Breakfast and supper are served freshly although not a lot of options but all are decent. In a nutshell, I’ll definitely recommend and come back to this hotel. Shoutout to another Atour hotel. We took a taxi to another Atour hotel and upon reaching our phone died and they helped us book a cab back, served us drinks and escort us to the cab again. The services at Atour hotel group are the best among all I have stayed before. Do stay there to see for yourself!

This is a nice business boutique hotel. It is a chain by ATOUR and is close to GuangZhou Tower. The beds are comfortable, and the in-room facilities are very well stocked. Very accomodating reception staff and service is good. Had a few convenient stores nearby. Did not have time to wander around due to schedule but will be happy to return.
