The location it’s good but the service is bad

Very nice and homely. The beds are comfortable, a few minutes walking distance from the metro station, around there are some nice places to find some food and drinks. The sheets were clean and the place as well, the building is old but the total accomodations really worth the money. The host was very nice as well.

Location top.. 5 min from both metro stations 3 and the new one 11, the apartment is well kept, and free laundry and a small common area too… owner are always active on wechat 👌🏻 But its more then a residential home then a hostel, rooms are full of guests living long term staff, only one squad toilet (very rundown) between 12 people so imagine you want to take a sh** in the morning how stressful it is, and in the kitchen there only stove and fridge. not even glasses or mugs to make a coffee.. but overall i had a good experience staying here :)

the place is very close to the city center not so far from metro station. the nearest metro station is south china normal university. the owner helped me to guide my didi driver

Hostel is not in a place where it is shown on the map. It's half a kilometer away. There was no key to the hostel itself, and sometimes I couldn't get inside. One toilet for over a dozen of people. It's an apartment transformed into a hostel. Staff with poor English. Not able to tell me which one is my bed. In general very bad communication.

Old worn torn building located at three different locations depending at the room you booked. Hygiene is a concern. MUST confirm and get the address before you checking in not responding msgs on trip.com at all. No reception and the reply I got was this is a hostel not hotel. No room cleaning even they said yes. Do not have iron, no drinking water provided not even bin in the toilet. Common places (living room/kitchen) nothing are not as shown on picture. Kitchen, you won’t feels like using it though I have no plan to use it. This place are for people who are looking for cheap long term stay. People staying there was long term looking for job before settling down not those typical hostel that for travellers. Worst ever hostel I had ever stayed.

Very clean, hot shower available, after 00:00 everyone is sleeping, no noise, the only problem I have got is the location that was wrong and must to be updatedby the owner, he sent me the correct location after contacting him by wechat, the location is still close to the metro station anyway.

The owner didn't use WeChat so it was quite hard to communicate with him as he only speaks Chinese and didn't send me the information to access the apartment. I asked the security guy for help and he helped me with the translation, still not easy if you are a foreigner. Having that said, the location is ok (next to the metro line 3) and the girls in the apartment were nice and friendly. Most of them live there permanently so the apartment is quite 'lived'. One bathroom and shower for 8 people. It's fine for a couple of nights!
