Very nice and clean room, great location close to big mall and many interest places within 20mins drive. Hotel staffs are very helpful and polite.

Traveling to China for the Canton Fair with a few companions, the front desk staff, Lu Xi, explained the hotel's facilities in detail, from the comfortable gym to the clean restaurant and fully equipped laundry room, and the room was perfectly located and quiet. Breakfast was very rich and gave me a taste of food different from my country, as well as lovely robots. Because of the language barrier, I was worried that I might encounter difficulties during my stay. Luxi added my wechat account, which helped us establish a deep friendship and taught me simple Chinese. When I was worried about the language and unfamiliar with the delivery operation, Luxi asked me about my taste, recommended several local specialties according to my favorite foods, and kindly told me about the delivery time. Taking a taxi is very troublesome, because it is impossible to communicate effectively with the driver, but Luxi warmly helps to communicate the destination and requirements with the driver every time, and carefully prepares a detailed itinerary note, every word reflects the control of details and professionalism. There was a document left in the taxi, Luxi reassured me not to worry, and was very enthusiastic and responsible to help me contact the driver to communicate and return it. I felt so good that I got it back, and also thoughtfully arranged the return car after the exhibition, without any worries. When I come back to the room, I can still see the washed clothes neatly placed in the room. She helped me with my luggage and sent me a postcard from Adol on the way out. I love it. I have great memories of the Adol Hotel. I'll be back next time.

The room was very clean. I couldn't find any restaurants around in the evening so the night snack offered free of charge at 9:30PM is very convenient. The breakfast which consists mainly of Chinese dishes is very delicious. Overall very good value for money.

Nice and clean facilities with fresh rooms and amenities. The hotel staff communicated with us using translators. The main drawback is that it does not have a restaurant, so one has to navigate delivery apps or go to the KFC around the corner.

I have an excellent experience with the staff at Atour. They are all very helpful. Their English is limited however they use translation and do their best to help. I appreciate the laundry services, quiet and accessibility to Metro station. Thank you!

This hotel is relatively good. The only issue is with its location. Relatively difficult to get food.
