Free room upgraded for us. Great location, suitable for those who want to shop around and sightseeing around GuangZhou.

It is:- Nice room, reasonably spacious, clean, bath water is hot (good!). Location is good Walking distance to MRT / Metro. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy to ask for help. The wash basin is outside of the bathroom. The bathroom and toilet are well separated with glass doors. Willingness to wander about and check out the various “malls & buildings” yield interesting options for restaurants and eateries.

Excellent location, plenty of eateries and shopping malls near by. Cleanliness rather disappointing, especially the toilet and the lift. Only one lift to the guest room floors, also used by diners who patronised the restaurant. Sometimes take a while for the lift to be available. Unfriendly lady managed the breakfast bistro.

Front desk service need to be improve, location super strategic

The restaurant located within the hotel serves authentic Cantonese tim sum. Convenient location.

We liked this hotel a lot, the staff was very nice. The room smelled like someone was smoking there before but guess this is standard in china.

Will absolutely book this again on my next trip to Guangzhou! Especially for the great location near lots of restaurants.

Location: good. it is located in a quiet street not too far from the nearest MRT. Hotel: It's a rather small hotel with a tiny lobby. The hotel only has 1 lift - which can be a problem during peak hours. that being said I stayed during low season - thus waiting time wasn't too long. Do note that housekeeping uses the same lift as well. Service: Good. Front desk is polite and courteous overall and there's no issue with them. Cleanliness: very clean hotel room. Though the ceiling paint are starting to peel off a little, it wasnt a big deal to me. Not really the hotel's fault - but at around 12 30am the phone in my room started ringing non stop and its automated message for food delivery (I didn't order anything). Called front desk and apparently someone ordered food delivery and somehow put my room number instead. All in all for the price I think the stay is good and well worth it.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, with a convenience store, various food places, and shopping malls nearby. The breakfast provided was quite decent, and the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent facilities, including a laundry room equipped with washing machines, dryers, free detergent, and an ironing board.

Nice clean hotel close to subway station. View from rooms could be better but it shouldn’t matter if you are not spending you whole day in it.

Friendly staffs and cute robot service. L1 and L2 morning with dimsum and after 11am serve lunch menu, food portion very big and taste good The room is clean and cozy. Surrounding with a lot of local foods, restaurants and coffee house.
