The hotel is very good. Located just 10-15 mins from airport, and they have free shuttle bus service 24 hrs. Staff very friendly and helpful.❤️ The rooms are spacious and come with amenities.

Good location, clean and comfortable room. Airport pickup services are a plus point. Great and friendly hotel staff. Breakfast is good, too.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The food was surprisingly impressive—better than what I’ve had at some 5-star hotels. The staff was very friendly and professional, too. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended place to stay!

I think the way the hotel rooms are set up is ok for a short airport hotel stay.  But the staff at the hotel, were not very helpful to us as weary foreign visitors upon checkin.  The shuttle bus driver in the morning on the way back was so unpolite, and would not help with bags at the airport at all.   We could have used a little help to get the heavy bags out of the shuttle as he loaded them in!!  So not a good score from us!

The hotel provide airport pick up (call them through trip.com Internet call) and drop off services (every hour) which is very convenient. Good for a quick rest.

If u are looking for a transit night stay over, this hotel is located about 10-15 mins car ride away from T2. Room is clean and overall a comfortable stay!

Convenient location, just 15min from the airport. The hotel provides free airport transfer. I also would like to thank the stuff for helping me out with a taxi payment problem. I took a taxi from the airport but my aliyah app suddenly stopped working and I wasn't able to pay for the taxi and one of the stuff came forward and let me transfer the money onto his account and paid for the driver. Thank you so much Although we use the translator to communicate as the stuff speaks only little English...Excellent service Would highly recommend

Good price for the hotel however , the designs are too old they need to upgrade and match their neighboring hotels

Firstly, the service is not what as good as it claims to be in the reviews. I had waited for 15 mins before the driver even came and he waited for other people as well in the middle of the night. He did not even acknowledge or help us with the luggage or door. When I entered the hotel, no one even helped with the luggage. The room was ok quite comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

Location close to airport Brand new and Very clean room

Perfect hotel for a late arrival or early departure from Baiyun airport. No frills but clean and comfortable with a free shuttle bus to the airport. Shame there wasnt coffee in the room to help with the early start, but not a big problem!

Alot of mosquitoes in the room and staff was impatient when required assistance service.. breakfast quality needs more improvement.

Free transport from/to airport is great but remember book via their wechat or call them if you has china number.
