Room is clean, staff service is nice, convenient with transportation, recommend for stay for family.

Overall speaking, the experience is good. Hotel is clean and tidy, shuttle bus to the Canton Fair is very convenient to room guest, But wifi speed is a problem. Please improve.

Best Hotel we stayed in. We came here for canton and we are very lucky that we stayed in this hotel. Very comfortable, free shuttle bus, spacious room, kind staff. Will definitely come back again.

This was my first day in China, and my first hotel. This hotel was recommended by friends. I arrived at the hotel a day late, and they very kindly upgraded my room to a nicer room because I could not use both of my days. The front desk was quite helpful in getting me set up. I owe thanks to the gentleman at the front desk because he knew English but I did not know Mandarin (I use a phone app to communicate). I would 100% stay here again and recommend anyone to check this location out. Teaching staff at schools I visited tell me it's located in the older part of Guangzhou. I would absolutely come back here. The lobby was great. Getting picked by Didi drivers was easy (although it's easy anywhere). Thanks Atour for making my first night in China very comfortable. I hope to see you again.

The hotel is surprisingly nice, the rooms are well equipped with all modern essentials, bath and bedding are very high quality. Laundry room is great for long term travellers. Strongly recommended!

Generally happy with the stay for 3d2n. Room lighting is easy to operate with one switch to brighten and dim. Room is spacious. Bath room facilities are great. Surprise to get a small bag of drinks and snacks when I checked out. It’s a gesture. Area to improve: the front desk flooring is very messy.. with all sorts of boxes, luggage, and many other items laying on the floor. It does not give a good impression.. not well organised. Thanks.

Best experience ever! Beds were extremely comfortable and the service was immaculate. Breakfast buffet was included and the food was excellent. :)

By mistake booked the room at atour but wrong address. Hotel manager at reception Dot was so kind to solve the problem fast so grateful to him for valuable assistance in rebooking. Great team

Tiffany the front desk reception lady is excellent service and super friendly. I encounter a bad experience in the first check in room and was extremely dissatisfied due to the toilet sit was horrible. I complained to her and she upgraded me to another room. She paid attention to my situation and helpful . Another issue with the hotel is non smoking but there are peoples smoking around the lobby and room floor . Even I make a complaint to another front desk lady but she did not do anything.
