Was booked a 5D4N stay at Park INN Hotel Guangzhou for my holiday . I was very happy with my stay and the staffs at the Hotel is really good courtesy and helpful. I wanna especially thank to Ms Yuki 😊 she really helped me a lot whenever I needed assistance with my handphone roaming in China and transport services and places to visit . I sincere thank to all staffs at Park INN Hotel Guangzhou for they great service during my trip stayed at their hotel PS: I dont know what is her name of the floor manager lady she assisted us as well 😄 Thank you 🙏 I wish all of you have a wonderful day! Great service and a value for money hotel. We decided to upgrade to the duplex level because of the flexibility and hospitality shown to us by the front desk staff. :)

All was ok people is amazing and the girl his name aami is a nice person and always help us with anything call taxis and more. This is hotel the locations is amazing close to the leather market and close to the railway station and bus station and close the watch market

Hotel Review: Good Stay with Great Location • Location: Excellent for shopping, especially handbags and leather goods. Markets are within walking distance. • Accessibility: Main attractions are just 10-15 minutes away. Close to the railway station and local bus station. • Breakfast: Decent but limited. Fewer vegetarian options, mainly meat dishes. • Food Alternatives: Plenty of good restaurants nearby for dining out. • Immigration Check: After check-in, police immigration will visit your room for a quick formality (takes about 5 minutes). They will check your visa, last entry stamp, take a photo, and ask for your Chinese number. Likely a security measure due to Guangzhou’s high volume of foreign visitors. • Overall Stay: Comfortable and convenient for travelers looking to explore the city easily.

Breakfast quality is good even though not much variety to chose from. Room toilet flushing is not operating well and have to flush a few times each time after use.

This was our second stay here. I am very satisfied with the facilities and services. Staff are all very helpful. Nancy, Mona Lisa, Fatima is very helpful and friendly. Definitely will come back again if I plan to come to guangzhou. It's definitely worth staying

The hotel is very good and close to the market, but a little far from Arabic restaurants.

The hotel is located next to Guangzhou Train Station, but I personally didn't find the location ideal. There are no stores nearby for late-night snacks, only a shop selling local food that didn’t seem very hygienic. Traveling in China with Didi is very convenient, so unless you prefer taking the metro or staying close to Guangzhou Station, the location wasn't great for me. The cleanliness of the hotel was just okay. During my 5+ day stay, they mainly replenished supplies and made the bed. The table and sofa had food crumbs from previous guests, the bedsheets were dusty, and the sofa was dirty. The breakfast was disappointing as well. The only thing I liked was the washing machine and dryer provided for guests.

It was such a nice experience to visit and stay in the Hotel. Perfect.
