Vienna Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Big Buddha Temple)

Clean room, no cigarette smell. Centrally located, food all around. Though cheapest room is small and without windows, not a very new hotel.

Good location. Easier for eating n shopping.

Good location. Very friendly staffs. They are very helping on your request. The only thing is no refrigerator in my room. Overall is the wonderful staying place.

Hotel staff very friendly. Very strategic location

1. There is only 1 lift with a super narrow walkway between the lift and the small reception hall. 2. Bedsheets are not changed daily. This is fine if you don't mind recycling the same bedsheets for another day 3. Toilettries supplied is limited. No shaver, conditioner, and body/hand moisturiser if you are expecting them. 4. Sound-proofing is really bad as you can clearly hear the slightest cough or conversation of guests from the other room or walking along the corridor on the same floor. 5. No concierge to take care of your luggages if you plan to leave luggages with the hotel before you check in or check out. My group actually dragged two luggages not belonging to us from the reception accidentally. 6. Food and other delivery items are left in the reception lobby without proper registration or control. Anyone could have taken the delivery by mistake. Saw a delivery (milk) unclaimed and left in the lobby overnight. 6. Loose security and control at the reception area as people can be seen smoking in the lobby in front of the "No Smoking" sign.

The location is right at the start of the main pedestrian street ofthe city, Beijing Street. Please be aware taxis cannot go right to the lobby of the hotel. You get off at the main road, and walk about 50 meters. No meal option, but lots of food option around outside.
