Echarm Hotel (Guangzhou South Railway Station)

The location was superb as it is near Guangzhou south station. They also provided both free transfer service from the hotel to Guangzhou South station. The room is excellent and the prices are very budget. There are convenience stores nearby which make buying necessary items very easy.

Good for stopover before a train ride. The hotel provide pick up/drop off from train station. Located a little far from station, won’t be easy by walking. Front desk is attentive and helpful. Decent room standard with some AI features. Eateries available nearby. The breakfast packet ready for guests on departure is pleasant.

While this hotel is very close to the vast Guangzhou South Railway Station, the difficulty of crossing major roads means you need a taxi to get there.   Our room was spacious, modern, clean, and quiet with a good bathroom.  Within a few hundred meters there were numerous small restaurants, and we also enjoyed walking in quiet backstreets with small shops in nearby areas, a world away from big city shopping. A free shuttle organised by the hotel took us back to the station. This was an excellent place to stay!

Echarm has been an amazing hotel to stay in. from the moment we booked they have been an accomodating and incredibly kind hotel. the free pickup service was fantastic and so fast! they have good amenities and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. They also have breakfast available for those who want some bread eggs or fruit in the morning. would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness: The room was clean. But our window has graffiti on the outside and the room smelt very bad. Bathroom: The toilet smelt HORRIBLE. The drain smell needs fixing. The rest of the bathroom was good. WiFi: Very good WiFi. Bed: Comfortable and clean. Amenities/surrounding area: Close to Guangzhou South Railway Station, 16 minute walk. Not much else around the hotel but good for one night. Staff/service: The staff were nice. They provided a free shuttle bus to the railway station. Laundry: Wash and dry laundry facilities free of charge on the 4th floor. Space: Spacious room for two people. Noise: Not very well noise insulated rooms, we could hear people next door and in the hallway. Would I recommend? It was okay for one night, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer due to the drainage smell in the bathroom.
