Four Points By Sheraton Langfang Gu'an

We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely "Mid Autumn Festival", "National Day" and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The "Eatery Restaurant", plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the "Team", whom makes the establishment a success. The "New" pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge "unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton", whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former "Regional Retail Manager", with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in "Customer Relationship Management" and "Retail Management", I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True "Managers", lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with "Samuel" the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, whom is always "hands on" and working hard on the floor. Such "leadership" sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to "Lydia" the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, "Marcus" the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to "Molly" from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the "Management Team", whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to "Housekeeping", for friendly and prompt service. The team at the "Swimming Pool", also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, "Marriott" should consider, having this Hotel's "sister" Hotel, "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about "Hospitality and Service", from this Hotel "Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang". As in my opinion, the "The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management" is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The "Alpacas" are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, "Foreign, and Domestic". This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. 酒店很大很氣派，價格合理，工作人員的服務真的很熱情，有求必應，也特別表揚一下前台的小劉，服務專業，態度和善！讓人覺得很舒服！

服務很好，免費升級了主題房，小朋友非常喜歡，還有小童樂園，能看到溜達的小羊。對面就是中央公園，很多小朋友能玩的，非常方便。唯一就是酒店設施有點舊，電視很不給力。 北京野生動物園門票:入住時前台給票，然後動物園現場換取票入場

這次入住喜來登酒店，真的非常滿意。房間寬敞整潔，床品舒適。服務人員熱情周到，能及時滿足需求。酒店設施齊全，餐飲也很美味。地理位置優越，出行方便。總之，是一次愉快的住宿體驗，強烈推薦！

房間非常不錯，寬敞亮堂，配置也齊全。游泳池有個給小朋友的熱水池，小孩遊冷了可以泡泡。周邊吃飯停車都挺方便，整體上比較滿意。不足之處一是早餐種類差點意思，感覺再有點煎餃炸雞薯餅餛飩之類比較好。另一個是健身房不太夠用，套裝啞鈴最大才10公斤，業餘的練一下都偏輕，也缺少划船機和龍門架。不過小童樂園很不錯，小動物很有意思，可以好評。
