For shared use: swimming pool (8 x 12 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 15.Sep.) with internal staircase. Public parking 20 m. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, bar 400 m, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach "du Grazel" 20 m. Sports harbour 800 m. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 29 km, Cité de Carcassonne 60 km, Espace Balnéo ludique Gruissan 400 m. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Narbonne Plage, 10 km. Please note: Mateille Beach 2km away. 4-room apartment 76 m2 on 3rd floor. In relation to the accommodation offered in Gruissan, this is quite good accommodation, although there are a few things to complain about. This includes the fact that an Internet WLAN must be bought at a high price (6 euros per day). The apartment is not
