Cosy 2-family house "Chalet Butz", 2 storeys, detached. In the resort, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, south facing position. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path to the house. Communal covered parking at 100 m. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 150 m, bicycle rental 200 m, 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Grindelwalderhof" 150 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km, tennis 2 km, sports centre 300 m, gondola lift 200 m, ski rental 200 m, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 2 km, children's playground. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: suitable for families. Ski bus (free of charge). Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Grindelwald. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. 4-room semi-detached house 98 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Partly renovated in 2024, very comfortable and cosy furnishings: open living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and digital TV. Exit to the patio, south facing position and east facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. Positives- Clean home and clean bed linen- Well equipped kitchen- Friendly Interhome StaffNegatives- No proper paved path to the entrance. A small grass / mud hill needs to be crossed.- Difficult to get the home warm, not a good heating system.- S

Perfectly located for our first visit to Switzerland - excellent views. Spacious, well equipped chalet - even better than the photos suggested. Well located for easy access all around Grindelwald and the surrounding area. Will definitely be back.

Great location right in the centre of Grindelwald, parking in the underground car park was good but space quite tight for larger vehicles. Amazing views photos don't do the place justice Chalet well equipped, everything you could possibly need it has and

It smells of humidity. The location is central, close to Firstbahn. Kitchen was equipped but you cannot open the oven without opening the window!? Definitely overpriced.
