Bridgeway Inn & Suites - Portland Airport

The employees I dealt with were pleasant, Especially the maintenance man whom we met by the pool Unfortunately this place is getting very run down. The lobby is the cleanest/nicest area. This is the type of room where I was really checking the beds for bedbugs. The toilets are incredibly short, almost child height. Everything felt dingy and threadbare. The pool area was also rundown and heavily chlorinated with what used to be a sauna now being used as a storage room. The worst thing was the large amount of people that seemed to be hanging around outside each day. They seemed to be family of the owners but it was really uncomfortable walking past this large crowd of people both day and night. The scariest thing was someone trying to break into our room Saturday night. They pounded loudly on the door then my door was opened so this was someone with a key. The thought "***************" came to mind especially after what happened, and I was traveling with my 10 year old daughter. I will never be back to this hotel.

I had the jetted tub room, did not match the photos, most hotels never do. The bathroom was a standing shower instead of a tub shower like the photos showed. The AC did not blow very hard on max, it did cool the room but it took longer than expected. There were stains on the lamps, chairs, even the walls had some stains. The walls had peeling wallpaper, and damaged corners, the mattress was incredibly stained, overall not a terrible property, it’s cheap and not in the best part of town. The staff were welcoming and did a fantastic job. In terms of cleanliness of the room I had to check for bedbugs, did not find any, but it was the sort of room that I did want to see for myself. The shower head leaked, directly spraying the wall, the tile floors felt oily, there was no roller with the toilet paper so we had to hold the roll. Would I stay here again? Probably not - dated hotel and not in the best condition. If I was in a pinch and needed a hotel and the price wasn’t higher than the other 2 hotels right next to this one I would stay again.

the staff is very nice. room is very clean. it is a safe for parking. compare the price, it is very good option to stay

Room was dirty and old broken tiles holes in the bedding and not washed. Smelled dirty. Bathroom has broken tiles. Not happy.

The front desk was very helpful, made check in easy, and very friendly! Perfect for our girls trip!

It’s was budget friendly but the breakfast is very limited, the floor squeaks when walking, woke up couple of time cause the resident above our room was walking. The room was large, big TV and working systems including AC, just very outdated building with a bit of smoke smell and seems some resident with social services support reside here frequently.
