Regal Inn

We arrived late in the evening due to delayed flights. The hotel looks sketchy and our room had 'repair' spots in the walls that may have been from a party or bad remodel but a 10 yr old could have done a better job. We had NO HOT WATER in the morning. Upon asking at the front desk we were told they just turned it on.... apparently there is a water problem and this is how they deal with it. After waiting 2 hours, still NO hot water. I don't think a hot shower is too much to ask for. We were not going to wait around to see if we ever got hot water. When I asked for a refund for the remaining nights I was told they could not handle it there. I'm still waiting to hear back from the 'manager', after numerous emails have been sent.

Don't stay here. It is overrun with what appear to be long term residents. We felt unsafe. It is not a boutique hotel by my definition. It is urban but in a very questionable part of town. Water pressure and flow were both very low. Breakfast attendant was very nice and helpful. HVAC was new and great.

Excellent hotel, fairly priced for the area and service provided. Was in town for an event at Bon Secours arena and this hotel was perfect as it was 1.5 miles from the arena and downtown. Hotel provided all the basics ( bed & breakfast) at a good price point.

Amazing place to stay friendly it felt as if I was staying at a family hotel always welcoming with a smile and a good Morning and making sure we’re well taken care of during the stay the staff was amazing to the guest during my 5 day stay while trying to get home from a flight cancelation and trying to get home

Very nice clean friendly hotel with breakfast included. I was surprised at how beautifully decorated and clean this place was and very close to downtown Greenville .. nice staff .. I found my go to place in Greenville with family. Most definitely will return again at this hotel

Boy, the reviews are all over the board on this location. I do not know why. This is an old campus that was completely redone with quality products. Even the entire parking lot was new concrete, end to end. I came in about 10:00 PM. The woman who checked me in was very nice. She even watched the camera and saw that I had trouble getting in my room. The battery on the lock was dead and I was given a different room. The room was completely redone (not just painted) with quality materials. Place was nearly full that night, yet very quiet. I left before breakfast but, one is offered. At this price, breakfast is a bonus at any offering. I only gave 4 stars because I reserve 5 stars for extraordinary stays or meals. Certainly this is good value for the price.
