Read on to learn more about our beautiful space!When guests first enter the home, they will be greeted by open space to drop their luggage and a rustic welcome table complete with a local guide book.Around the corner in the open living room is an additional 4-top dining table, for breakfasting or working, and an inviting living space, decorated with pops of color and old world charm.A TV is mounted on the wall, this and other TVs (in each bedroom) are Roku enabled, and guests may login to their own streaming accounts. We do not have cable.The living room leads to a large, freshly remodeled kitchen with plenty of cabinet and cooking space, stainless steel appliances, a crock pot for large gatherings, and a Keurig, stocked with cream, sugar, and k-cups to get you started.Off of the kitchen is the more formal dining room that seats 6 in beautiful Victorian high-back chairs.Continuing down the hallway from the dining room is the laundry room and garage entrance to the left, and the hall/master bath to the right. This features a toilet nook, dual sinks, and a standard shower.The Downstairs Bedroom is large and spacious, continuing the rustic theme and featuring:2 Queen beds3 Nightstands1 large closet with hangersa TV (streaming only).The other three bedrooms are found upstairs. For safety, there is a door that can be closed at the top of the stairs. The front porch has 2 wicker chairs for sipping morning coffee, and the back deck is furnished with a brand-new Joss and Main sectional and a gas grill for your cooking needs.The large backyard has been gorgeously updated with fresh landscaping and a brand-new fence, perfect for your furry friend, who is welcome with a one-time pet fee, to be charged during booking or sent after the reservation has been made. Further into the yard, you are welcome to enjoy a newly built fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs perfect for an evening fire. As if it couldn't get any better, the home was recently equipped with a brand new sports court! The court has a basketball hoop and three separate types of courts to accommodate multiple sports + activities (completely fenced in). We cannot wait to host you in our home! Escape to Sticks & Twine Cabin located at the base of Paris Mountain, conveniently located near downtown Travelers Rest, as well as downtown Greenville and Paris Mountain State Park. Awake to the sound of goats and chickens on this working mini farm where you will have three private acres to relax and enjoy. This 60 year old structure has been completely renovated into a one bedroom cabin that has everything you need. It also has a large deck with adirondack chairs and a picnic table, with plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon lunch or dinner from the grill. Our cabin has many appeals, being spacious is not one of them. It sleeps 2 comfortably and we have a blow up mattress for 1 extra (and have hosted families of 4 with 2 small children). Nearby, you will find a greenhouse that is yours to peruse and a large fire pit with additional Adirondack chairs, horseshoes, and cornhole. Walk up to the barn to visit your neighbors (the Goats) and give them some provided treats. This property has a lot of history! You will see evidence of the former pool, now greenhouse, and pool house, which is now the cabin, for three estates up on the mountain in the 1960's.Cyclists flock to this area and from the driveway are known routes up and down the mountain.
