Housekeeping is bad, even cannot keep a hairdryer for more than 15 mins. The phone cannot make long distance call, reception staff are very slow and not knowledgeable. Canteen only provide indian food and cannot provide 2/3 of manual offerings.

Over all a good hotel to stay in this area. Mr Ravinder front officer is helpful. Rooms are decent and clean. Food is delicious.. Room service is up to the mark. On the main road. No issue for local travelling. Ambience and other amenities are affordable.

the location of property is good it's not in noisy place the property is good service was good behaviour of staff is also nice all the amenities is provided by the hotel afterall is the best experience to stay in this hotel so if you are coming with your family or friends this is the good property

The hotel was really good. I stayed at Room 318. The services were really amazing. And Shalini was really supportive at the check-in counter The painting in my room was really good. The food was great and the people at the restaurant were really amazing

Room no 305 Very very functional and reasonable accommodation. The food was good and excellent as were the rooms. Shalini the front desk receptionist was very pleasing and handled all our enquiries very well. I definitely recommend this hotel

Thank you...the rooms are very tidy and clean and very spacious and the staff Is very courteous and polite...stayed in room 319 which is a spacious suite and having 2 TV's ...Special thanks to Rohit and Abhishek for their polite and professional behaviour!!

Stay was good, food was also nice and room service was also done time to time. Housekeeping was also good and the staff members were very cooperative. Only one issue I faced the water pressure in taps was very low but later they tried to resolve problem.
