Premier Inn Great Yarmouth West (A47)

During my stay , there was a power cut in the morning affecting the pump and the water supply to the hotel. Went out and came back in the evening problem not resolved and no time for it to be. The hotels back up plan rather having a pump available was to expect guests to use the toilet in the restaurant next door , go without being able to make themselves clean. At the same time guests were still arriving, not sure if they had been made aware of the situation. Myself and a friend transferred to Norwich but only on request it wasn’t offered to us . Nearly a week later I’m still awaiting a reply to a complaint about Premier Inns total lack of preparation for the fault occurring and the expectation of guests to put up with it .

A lovely comfortable bed, I will definitely be purchasing a new duvet. The staff were really friendly and helpful in both the bar and reception. I wouold have preferres to have a window open but this was not permitted. There uis currently scaffolding around the hotel for necessary works but this didn't bother me, after all these things have to be done.

Yet another comfortable and very enjoyable stay at PTI GY A47 for my elderly mother. Unfortunately we don't currently have the space to put Mum up so we heavily rely on availability at the PTI GY A47 when she comes to visit. Mum's recent visit was in line with previous visits, top draw! Comfortable bed, clean room and most importantly for us, caring and very professional staff who clearly care about their guests. During Mum's most recent visit, one particular staff member went above and beyond when my Mum had an issue with paying for her evening meal on the first night. I wish I remembered to get the staff members name, however, any member of PTI's management team set to see this review and would like to reach out to me, I'd be delighted to pass on a description of the member of staff whom i'm referring to. Overall yet another great PTI experience - keep up the good work PTI, you're by far my number 1 choice of Hotel provider in the UK, that's for sure.

It's the second time we have stayed here this year as we have a new grandson in the area. The hotel is excellent very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing always polite and friendly, we ate at the restaurant next door yet again the food and staff were brilliant. We will be back in 6 weeks.

Place looked like a building site on arrival. Whole building clad in scaffolding and film. We couldn't see out of our room window film stuck an it and scaffolding and bins outside. Where never told it was like this, looks like hotel is on an out of town estate, housing also being built. Inside hotel was fine, Restaurant had no ambience, menu is getting more and more limited for meal deals. Picked this because it had parking, wouldn't go there again unless it was smartened up. Cant believe they charge full price for this!

As always Premier Inn didn’t disappoint. Lovely clean room and the ever-comfy bed! We came away for a weekend break so took the meal deal so we knew we wouldn’t have to go searching for dinner. This particular hotel’s restaurant has changed from being open to the public to hotel guests only. For us this was lovely as we prefer a quiet meal. Our waiter, Daniel, was spot on. Attentive & efficient; looked after us very well.
