Beautifully furnished 4x4 that sleeps 8, with a fully functional kitchen and modern finishes. There are two master bedrooms with master baths, while the third bedroom has a double bed with a pullout and the fourth has a full bed. The inside is lovely, sure, but the outdoors is where you want to be to make the most of your time with us. We have an outdoor bar setting with ceiling fan and 5 barstools, a front porch swing, back porch, patio dining area with 6 chairs and a table, and a grill for dining and entertaining. Or, if you prefer the nature aspect of our ranch, sit poolside or by the pond and listen to the cows moo. For the athletes and adventurers, we have a volleyball net, and in-ground adjustable basketball post with hoop. Located less than 10 miles from downtown Sherman and restaurants. For stays longer than 10 days, additional utility charges apply (water, electric, etc). We'd love for you to host an event with us! We have a 2,000 sq ft luxe farmhouse-style barn for events.
