Everything from check-in experience - Rude. Service, rooms cleanliness, comfort all terrible.Our frineds check-in and the room had not even been cleaned from the persons the night before. Toilets bath room absoulety filthy, toliet over flow and could not be used . The weekend burnout sessionsfrom the cars and fights on streets all night were the icing on the cake They could not pay me nor my group to ever expereiced such a terrible thing again. This is by far the worst place i have ever stayed.  Do not book here..

We like so many things about this hotel! At first, we had doubts about its location as it is a bit further from the city centre, but when we reached the hotel, our mind changed immediately. The location is great for us, it’s just 5-min walking from the Granville train station, minimum chaos involved to find the hotel since you can practically see it from the station itself; so near, so distinctive, you’ll notice it easily! It’s located above a bar, it wasn’t too noisy so it’s okay. Check in and check out were quick and easy, Wi-Fi works perfectly. We got upgraded from a Double Room to a Family Room, but we loved it since it has a lot of natural light; very refreshing in the morning and breezy at night. Our room is okay, beds are comfy, we’ve got clean towels ready as well. The room comes with a mini fridge, kettle, iron & iron board, paper cups, basic tea, coffee, sugar combo, and we also have a huge TV. We found the multiple power points next to each bed very interesting and helpful, so that’s definitely a plus point! The shared bathrooms for female are located mainly around the single/double rooms, but we’re cool with it. The bathrooms come with complimentary Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner, hot water, so all is good. They are usually clean in the morning, so no complains. There are many eateries nearby, also marts. There’s a halal Pakistani/Arab food outlet right across the hotel and we loved how generous they are with the food; they’re usually open in the evening till late so it’s really helpful for us to get takeouts after a long day sightseeing in the city. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are pretty steep, but the staff helped us with our luggage. There’s a washer, but no dryer.

Our family stayed here on a Saturday night to see a concert. Firstly the positives. It was a super convenient location. The rooms were clean and the AC worked well. The negatives. I realize it was a Saturday night and we expected some noise from the pub below BUT to have the racing on the TV very loud until 12.43am was not very considerate. The pub was quiet and yet all 16 rooms were full that night. We were particularly unlucky as our room was directly above the TV, however the noise reverberated through the whole accommodation floor. I had ear plugs in and could still hear every race being called. Surely pub patrons would not mind if the volume of the races on tv was turned down at 11pm and off at midnight? The second issue was the only two female toilets were not stand-alone but were in with the showers. Trying to use the toilets in the morning took a long time as people were having showers. Prices that night were higher than usual, so for the money we paid I expected more.
