Quick Mountain Getaway Great location!! Right in the middle of historic Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Property was very neat, well maintained and upgraded nicely. The only thing I would add would be window shades for the two higher windows as the street light shown in. Overall excellent property with great access.

Great location! Great location and spacious studio. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed a beautiful weekend in GL and RMNP. Didn’t do any cooking, but looked a little bare on cooking equipment. Would suggest to host to supply hair blow dryer in bathroom and dust pan for broom.

Grand Lake … This condo was perfect for our stay. The unit was clean, a short walk to the lake, shops, and restaurants. Property Manager was quick to respond with any questions.

Rocky Mountain Getaway We had a great time. This property is right in the middle of Grand Lake. It is surrounded by mountains and just a few minutes from the West Entrance to Ricky Mountain National Park.

Very nice condo This is exactly as listed and a very nice unit. The host communicates really well and seemed to genuinely want the experience to be a good one.

Nice location and convenient space This efficiency apartment was perfect for my husband and I. Conveniently located in downtown Grand Lake near all of the shops and close to several trail heads. Todd was quick to respond to questions - some of which I think he could avoid by providing more information up front and having written materials with instructions readily available at the property. For example, would be good to have instructions about how to operate the heating/cooling system.
