The service was good. The rooms were clean. the restaurants food is not of great quality. dinner was disappointing

Me and my friend Judy went for a spa treatment which was more than amazing! We loved the seven colors concept and is planning pur second treatment Melissa, Elodie and all the spa staff members were so nice! Very professional and friendly. See ya

This hotel in Grand Baie is small and friendly with amazing staff and a beautiful setting. The food and service was fantastic with all the bar and restaurant staff were very attentive and polite. Particularly Ajay and Yoven. We also went out on a bike tour with Christella. We visited some fabulous beaches, a lovely church and a Hindu temple. All over it was an amazing holiday and I would highly recommend both the hotel and the resort.

I have just spent 10 days at the Veranda hotel Grand Baie Mauritius. The beach, pool, rooms and shared areas are absolutely wonderful! The staff is kind, helpful and very service minded. The rooms are spacious, it is very clean and nice everywhere at the hotel. The breakfast buffet really offers something for everyone. All nice and fresh. Entertainment in the evenings, the sport classes and boat trips are equally highly recommended. I can highly recommend.

Stayed here for 9 night in one of the appartment which are at the backside of the hotel ground. Upon check-in had a nice welcome with a cool drink after the long flight. Must say all the staff were friendly, nice and attentive during the entire week. Kuddo's for all of them. My appartment was of a very good size. Very spacious room with very good bed, seats, couch and enough place for your clothes and stuff. Nicely equiped kitchen also. Bathoom with shower is of a decent size. Balcony was of a good size. The pool at the hotel was good for me. Didn't have too much trouble to grab a spot there. The beacharea at the hotel is a bit small but other beaches (hotels) and also public beach are very closeby. Bars had good selection of drinks and snacks for during the day. Breakfast at the restaurant i found very good. Dinners were good which enough to choose and the altered enough of the dishes during the week. I had one dinner (lobster 5 course) at the beach of the hotel whcih was very nice indeed. the hotel grounds are lovely and the groundkeepers work every day to keep it that way. Most rooms/buildings are set up like a little village (so not one big building..) If you walk along the beaches the central part of town is just a walk away. All in all had a really nice 1,5 week at this tropical destination.

The staff was very kind and welcoming upon our arrival, from time to time they would come and ask if we were ok and of we needed anything! The facilities are gorgeous and neat! An experience I would recommend and repeat in the near future! Thank you & see you soon

A hotel like none other. It holds a unique energy that portrays the very essence of Mauritius and its beautiful people and culture. Stunning decor, exceptional service from the most wonderful staff and exquisite food! We love this place, always have and always will and will continue to return, year after year! We travelled here over Christmas 2024 with our two young children. Veranda Grand Baie was the perfect resort for us. We found it to be authentically Mauritian with the Creole vibe. The rooms were comfortable and provided everything that we needed. In all honesty - we didn’t even turn the tv on because we didn’t need to! We were on the all inclusive package which includes 3 meals a day plus drinks and snacks. The menus detail everything included on the all inclusive. Sometimes there is a small charge to upgrade for example on some cocktails. The house wine was pleasant and the local beer good. Breakfast is buffet style, as was the evening meal. Lunches varied between buffet style and a la carte. The lunches were more westernised menus but were slightly lacking in healthy options with the salad unavailable two days in a row, however they were accommodating and prepared something off menu. The rooms are supplied with comfortable beds, shower room with toiletries provided and also a mini bar in which all drinks are part of the all inclusive. Snacks are additional, but we really didn’t need them! We have been to a multitude of all inclusive around the world and this is definitely one of my favourites. The hotel is small and for me this is part of the charm. It was never crowded in the restaurant (we were there at one of their busiest times over Christmas) and never an issue getting a sun lounger. If you want western food and chips with every meal then this is not the resort for you. If you want authentic Mauritian food, fresh salads and beautiful local dishes then this is absolutely the place to go. They will do pasta and pizza but generally it is more authentic food which was perfect for us! The staff were excellent. They were so thoughtful. Vivek in the restaurant always remembered our 8 year old son’s name and Doushan always remembered where we liked to sit and our favourite drinks. On the first day our 3 year old daughter became unwell (established to be from the plane!). The hotel couldn’t do enough to help, arranging to get us to the hospital and even arranging for a taxi to wait outside for us for several hours. As a separate note - the medical care was exceptional. On our return all the staff (Ajay!) were asking after our daughter and checking up on us and seeing if they could help. We enjoyed the trip on the glass bottomed boat which was included within our stay. This was really good and the children loved seeing the fish and it was beautiful seeing the coast line. The pool was really good and the beach, albeit small, was really nice and was more than big enough for the people within the resort. The watersports centre was great and we enjoyed taking paddle boards out, which was included within the all inclusive. The evening fire show on the beach was excellent. One particular mention is how excellent the WiFi was throughout!! From logging in on devices on day one it never lost network and was sufficient for our kids to comfortably st

Very welcoming and helpful staff at the Veranda Grand Baie. Beautiful hotel, amazing surrounding area and the weather was great. A special thanks to Rookaya from the Guest Experience Team, but of course the rest of the staff too, for individually spending time with us each day explaining each activity, recommending places to go and just talking about their fantastic culture. Additionally, the hotel is very clean, peaceful with the right amount of night activities and fun and most of all relaxing. The beds are also incredibly comfortable. We really recommend, you will have the best time.

Such a beautiful and relaxing hotel and the food is good & lovely staff (especially Aurore & Ajay). Very well located hotel, close to local amenities and beaches. Lots of fun activities for children such as table tennis, archery, trampolining. Great entertainment at night, lots of singing and dancing. Amazing views from the pool.

Veranda Grand Baie was the best choice made. Frankly speaking we had a nice time with the cruise trip, making nice friend, good and helpful people , accommodating for elderly people, the staff here really helpful and kind. It was up to our expectation. We were not too much for people her. The atmosphere here is so relaxing and peaceful, I would surely recommend. We had a nice experience. Our room was so clean and nice , the deco was wow, experiences which the hotel proposed was amazing, delicious fruits from the kiosk, then later during the day some snack and chutney reminding me of my culture. I want to do special mentioned for some people which I remember the names, Riukaya always checking on me, from the guest relation, Aurora the sweet lady, Medha from the spa, Kunal really helpful at the reception. Excellence staff.
