While the location was excellent—just a minute’s walk to a bus stop with direct routes to the Alhambra and easy access to most attractions—our stay was overshadowed by numerous issues. The customer service was disappointing; our request for a kettle went unanswered. The kitchen and washing machine were unusable, as access was restricted, and the apartment lacked heating, leaving it uncomfortably cold with only air conditioning. There was no room cleaning service, and the staff knocked early at 10:45 am, even though checkout wasn’t until 11 am. Luggage storage was also inconvenient, with bags only allowed at a nearby sister property until 4:30 pm. Overall, for a similar price, Hotel Mercader de Sedas seems like a better option, offering cleaner facilities, an elevator, and improved amenities.

The stay was excellent, apartment was very clean and in a perfect location for exploring the city and the Alhambra. Just a few small technical issues that were very quickly resolved a) the entry system is code operated and we couldn't get in on arrival. The map on the door showing the location of reception is not very clear but we were able to contact them using the emergency telephone number. Also b) the safe stopped working half way through the week locking all of our money and passports inside. This was quickly resolved by reception. I would stay here again. Good base if you are vegan as there are 3 very good all vegan restaurants close by.

Buses run on a regular timetable from the streets above and below the Calle in the direction of the Cathedral and the Alhambra. The apartment was clean and comfortable for 4 adults, modern style. A code access to enter the building. The lower freezer section of the refrigerator was clogged with ice on arrival, possibly at some time the freezer door had been left ajar. We removed the trays and thawed/de-iced them; all OK again. The apartment located in a typically residential area. safe at night although the proliferation of unsightly, non artistic graffiti could give a negative impression. Non artistic graffiti appears to be a feature of Granada in general, this popular city not as clean as others we explored over 5 weeks. Totalmente agridulce. Ubicado en una zona excepcional y remodelado esteticamente, tiene dos fallos importantes. 1) No está aislado del frio: por mucho que pongas el aire caliente el suelo está congelado y el salón que es grande ni se nota 2) Los ruidos. No se si ha sido algo puntual pero la noche que nos quedamos el piso de arriba estaban de fiesta o haciendo botellon

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta para conocer Granada. No estaba tan limpio como esperaba, el baño parecía que no lo hubieran limpiado del anterior inquilino. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días. Aparcar incluso en parking es complicado, si vas en temporada alta o fin de semana, te recomiendo que te organices con tiempo.
