Apartamentos Los Tilos

I’ve stayed here a few times, but this will be my last , What’s great about the hotel is the location, big pool and great balcony. Beyond that, the rooms have not been decorated in the past few years. The sofa fabric is sewn up the bedding caused itching and coughs and the sockets are not securely fixed to the wall. This was a ‘put your head down and sleep’ hotel. The pool looks great, but was packed. I’m reading on trip advisor the owners own some of the apartments, it looks like apart from the pool, there had been no investment and I would say this is a 1 star hotel due to some of the flaws that’s if the hotel was loved - would have been fixed in the past few years. Seems the owners apartments have been invested in. It’s also worth adding that it would have been nice for the owners to use the restaurant as a breakfast, snack, lunch place - but it appears to be a low key attempt at fine dining. We are coming back in October and paying less for Buenos Airies which is a hotel that the owners care about. We do love the location of this hotel, but that’s about it. When you go on holiday - you want a hotel that’s more than a good location. You want a nice experience. It’s budget friendly tho - so great for those wanting low cost stays. Just don’t have high expectations and you’ll be fine. We’ve just matured our preference in stay.

Wonderful location next to yumbo centre. Good administration. Wonderful heated pool with disabled access. Secure. Good accommodation. Small kitchen. Great balcony. Comfortable bedroom. Bathroom dated like everything else but everything works effectively. Quiet when we there but may be noisy around pool in school holidays

1. Friendly staff. 2.Clean and well-maintained in all areas. 3. Lovely swimming pool and sunbathing area. 4.A very nice apartment with all you could possibly need. This was our fourth visit to Los Tilos and we will return next year. We highly recommend it!

basic accommodation in playa del ingles, right opposite the yumbo centre handy no taxis needed , room is big enough for 2 but would be cramped with more nice balcony mine got sun in afternoon, not overlooked, apartment bit tired in places outdoor with a refurbishment, cleaner came 4 days while was there staff very nice , and gates locked at night need to be buzzed in

Basic. Maar alles in orde. Vriendelijk personeel. Propere kamers, andere ruimten en zwembad. Tip top. Ligging is vrij centraal. De zee is een kwartiertje lopen. Bussen stoppen voor de deur. Yumbo shopping aan de overkant van de straat. Markt op loopafstand.

Devo dare un voto molto basso e mi dispiace perché nella struttura semplice ma confortevole sono stato bene. Però devo segnalare un episodio che ha guastato la mia vacanza e mi obbliga a cambiare giudizio. Avevo preso una bici a noleggio e alla richiesta di parcheggiarla di notte dentro la struttura uno dei receptionist mi ha risposto che non era possibile. La bici, come si poteva prevedere, mi è stata rubata l’ultima notte pur se agganciata fuori dall’hotel, ho dovuti rimborsarla (300€) e fare denuncia alla polizia. La cosa che mi ha veramente seccato è che un altro receptionist, raccontando il fatto, mi ha detto che certo era possibile mettere la bici all’interno, sorvegliata dalla telecamera. Perché una scorrettezza così grande nei confronti di un cliente? Non capisco ma crolla il mio voto sullo staff, a cui nella mia recensione Booking avevo dato 10. Peccato ma certi errori sono gravi e vanno segnalati.
