Our second visit as a family of 4 (previous visit in April 24) very enjoyable. Rooms spacious & clean, food extensive & staff very friendly. Some people talk of the 4* rating being too high however we have been pleased on both occasions at the overall experience. No silly rules, staff are in the background & there if you need them... Always food available, drinks plentiful, entertainment enjoyable. Our 5 & 7 year old daughters enjoyed 'kids club' at least once each day, the :mini disco' on the main stage in the evening & were in the main/centre pool for hours each day. On one day when it rained, the entertainment staff were flexible enough to move the mini disco indoors (which my daughters really appreciated) If your expectations are for a chilled out family holiday that is mid level (not high end) you shouldn't be disappointed!

Everyone was so nice thank u so so much for a lovely fun holiday your all so nice and all happy to involve yourself with the kids and there games they all had a perfect first family holiday and we will definitely come again as for the adults drinking we loved it and late night pool jumping was so much fun

Room is lovely, very spacious, plenty of storage. Bath with a separate shower. We are on the ground floor of zone 3, each zone has its own pool. We had our own outside space, with patio furniture & sun loungers. Cannot fault the staff. If you’re polite & respectful, they will reciprocate. The drinks are free flowing, it ie local brands, but they aren’t shy with portions. The food for me was a little disappointing, although trying the Italian this evening, of which everyone says is better than the main restaurant. The Italian is still a buffet, but just better apparently. The entertainment is mainly geared up for children, but there are a few things to do for adults. The guys are great though. It’s about a 40-60 minute walk into Playa del Ingles.

Well, I had a great holiday. Clean rooms, plenty of pools and loungers to sit on good food, u could get a snack bar or lunch restaurants. Restaurants called joey it is free used once. Drink plenty of different kinds the front deck was always helpful

Had a fabulous time. Apartment (solo traveller) 274..had requested rooms beside sister and husband, a bit concerned that there's was a 300 room number but assured was literally across a path and could see each other...all good! This was explained perfectly by the man on reception who could not have been more helpful, In fact any time we went to reception (once having left my card in room and the other to borrow scissors) the reception staff could not have been more helpful, smiling attentive and professional. Food at main restuarant - perfect, LOTS of options (no idea what people complaining about....what meals do they eat when they are at home/elsewhere, there was always at least FOUR different options at lunch and dinner. (Also a microwave if for some reason you thought wasnt hot enough!) Selection at all meal times was fabulous, Plenty inside and outside seating. Joeys was good too, made a change of location and again it was stated it was Italian, so LOT of Italian offerings, all freshly cooked. (Again what are people expecting??) My room was cleaned every day, free safe, kettle tea coffee replenished, spotless. Bar staff in evening at pool bar/sports bar always smiling, snacks at poolside - ie nachos/peanuts and dishes of sweets for kids...a lot of nice touches. Entertainment team always about and amazing with kids (we didnt travel with any!) Location a bit out of way but would have to say it tells you that so no idea why people are surprised, there is a shuttle bus, a local bus stop and taxi (cheap) if you want to go to busier spots. I loved it, from the smiles from each staff member, whether cleaner, reception, bar staff etc to the layout of apartments and food etc....dont be put off by negative reviews, our experience was fabulous and we would return, although this was March and wasnt as busy as i would imagine high season would be...

Great family friendly resort. Layout of the premises is excellent, and it is very clean and perfectly maintained. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the kids entertainment especially are always on site and around from morning til night.
