Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 2 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 12 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 12 km, bus stop "Las Crucitas" 19 km, sandy beach 12 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 39 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. "Salobre Golf Resort", 3-room house 105 m2 on 2 levels.
