Hotellets lobby er meget storslået, men den interne ledelse og service er lidt hård. Faciliteterne på værelset skal opgraderes og repareres. Hele hotellet er ikke lille, landskabet er smukt, blomsterne og træerne er frodige, og der er tilstrækkeligt med mad og drikkevarer. Der er dog en del gæster. Du skal gå tidligt til aftensmad. Derudover er grillafhentningsdisken uden for hovedrestauranten. Vi fandt den efter aftensmaden.

Otelin sezon kapanışı nedeniyle, hicbir yerde hiçbir şey yok gibiydi. Barda kola yok, o yok, bu yok. Daha önceki gidisimle hiçbir alakası yoktu. Kongreye denk gelmek te cabası. Bu kez olmadı. Kapalı havuzda ısıtma yok, koridorlarda odadan çıkan tabak, çanak, bardak hepsi ortalıkta. 5. Gün kaldırıldı.

Bayram tatili için 4 gece olarak geldik otele. Otelin büyüklüğü ve olanakları çok güzel ancak ilk gün açık bira içen eşim 2 gün odadan çıkamadı hastalandı. Ağaçlardan dökülen polenler güzel temizlenmediği için oğlum ve ben alerji olduk. Oteli uyararak düzelttik ancak bizim tatilimiz zehir oldu. Sayemizde bir çok insan için iyi oldu açık bira vermediler ve odalar ve eşyalar iyice temizlendi hergün. Personel çok iyiydi hepsi çok yardımcı oldu ve güleryüzlüydü. Odalar güzeldi ama bazı asansörler uzak ve çalışmıyordu çok yürümek gerekti.

Overall hotel is not luxury at all as they state it. We have been in Turkey lot of times and multiple times even in cheaper hotels, but this is worst experience of all which we ever had. The biggest problem is in cleanliness. The hotel is worn out, the rooms, the territory, the dishes and glasses. Hotel rooms are cleaned very bad, only one time of 10 night stay the floor was mopped and only after several requests to do so, the same with bed sheets replacement it was only once and after 3 days in a row asking for this. The main restaurant where the food is served is very dirty, they don't clean the tables after people eat, they just take the dishes but leave all the dirt on the tables and others have to eat on these dirty tables. Dishes, forks and knifes all dirty, have to check and choose most clean ones, as they are really dirty. When talking directly with hotel guest relations about this, they say that's a mistake that will be fixed, but nothing changed during all 10 days. Food itself is okay, but the dirt is gross. Overall would be a good hotel if management would change their thinking in the way of cleaning everything better and giving a better service, then every one would close eyes on worn out stuff. Attached few photos of the issues, but there are a lot of more, this just can give an insight what to expect if you are planning to visit this hotel.

the food is very good, most people don't speak English, I rate the cleanliness of the room as 3. great atmosphere in the hotel, staff and bartender always smiling, lots of attractions for children and adults, Kemer region is like a small Moscow.

MINUS: Bad service. Most of the employees are rude. Not interested to help. Unless you are from Russia, then they fly around you. Upon arrival at the hotel, with four small children, they didn’t gave us a room. They gave it after 3-4 hours. Bad internet outside the hotel. The rooms when you enter look very nice. And they were probably 15 years ago. But, now they are for renovation. Old, broken a lot of it. The lock on the terrace door does not work. There is mold in some parts of the shower cabin. The sofa doesn't working. Maids clean poorly. The beach is very bad. The one closest to the hotel is small, narrow. Full of people. You have a pontoon to jump on. There are huge rocks in the sea, so it is impossible to enter barefoot. Buy water shoes, that's the only way you can enter the sea. Nobody speaks English, except for a few at the reception. They only speak Turkish, of course, but also Russian. PLUS: The animation is excellent. During the day at the pool and in the evening at the amphitheater. Bravo to the people who entertain the guests. The food is ok. It's the same almost every day, but they always add something new. It is versatile. At any time of the day you have somewhere to eat and everything is delicious. The complex is huge. There is plenty of content for children and adults. Courts for golf, football, basketball, tennis, etc. Aqua park is good. Pools too. The beach at the end of the hotel (by the slide) is quiet and there are not many people like at the beginning of the hotel. Everything is green and there are a lot of trees. Really nicely decorated whole complex, especially for walking

Hotel has big territory, nice gardens, a lot of green areas. Rooms are very big and comfortable. My compliments to staff of Guest relations, reception and Spa center. Fish restaurant is a must to visit: nice food with perfect service! All family had a nice holidays here, at Amara Luxury!

Nice hotel for family stay. All problems were solved quickly. Thnks to Dina from reception. Coctails were very nice. Staf working perfectly. Evening shows were quite good. Animation team worked well. Wife and kids enjoyed zumba. Thnks to Ms. Soumah. Can recommend this hotel for this value
