Karmir Resort & Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

Отдыхали в начале мая, самое начало сезона, встретили сразу хорошо , хотя мы приехали в 3 часа ночи, все донесли, номер показали, персонал очень приветливый, отдельное спасибо барменам за великолепные коктейли, делали даже просто по запросу, не только из меню. Еды было достаточно, главное все вкусно, голодным точно не останешься, думаю еще вернемся сюда с детьми. Местоположение хорошее, пляж через дорогу, за углом торговые лавочки, заход в море мелкая галька, крупный песок.

If you are looking for all inclusive, Karmir resort Ultra All inclusive is not the right spot. Keep looking! I've been to an all inclusive hotel and Karmir is 2* hotel in my opinion. From soda machine drinks, food, entertainment, room toiletries they all are 2*. You get shampoo and hand soap from a dispenser in the bathroom and the only other things offered are face and ear cotton buds. Once you finish, they're not replaced. When it comes to the room minibar you get coca cola, sprite, fanta and sparkling water all in 1l bottle. Once they are finished, again they're not replaced. There is no kettle nor espresso machine in the room and neither wifi. If you want WiFi you have to pay for it. When it comes to food it is also disappointing. You get couple of options, but not to many. We even got food from the previous day or meal. There are times when there is no place to grab food if you are hungry. Between 5pm and 6:30 pm there is no food anywhere and the snack bar from 11pm to midnight was nevwr open. Imagine while pregnant and have a 2yo child how fun that is. If you wanna have some drinks, ie red bull - you have to pay for it. You only get couple of cocktails, soda machine and few spirits. There is no snack offer from the bar ie. Peanuts, crisps, whatever. Entertainment wise ( for children ) it is from 8:30pm kids club and that is in the hotel in the bar with same songs and same rutine every night. Soft play area it is for kids 4 years +. You can take your little one there but beside some toys ( small ) and colouring there is not much to do, also the room is very small. The kids pool is ok and there are 4 swings and 3 slides. That's about it. After 8pm it felt like a care home not an all inclusive hotel. The beach is pebbles beach so make sure you get your water shoes. There is 5 min walk and main road to cross to get to the beach.The bar on the beach...uff...I got fed up. Been on the beach for 2h until they opened the bar (11am ) and you get same soda machine drinks and some sandwiches. Most of the staff were friendly. The view of the mountains are fantastic and the rooms are cleaned everyday, that's all the positive I could find. There is more....but I think you got the idea. By the way, many of the staff were apologising and were saying it is not the season (23- 30 April ) and because of that the services are like that. I'm sorry, but that is not good enough, if you are paying what they're asking, you should get what they are saying 🤷‍♀️

great hotel very good and nice staff x good disco and good music recommendations, good food. There was great energy within people and much fun even tho the weather was not so great the staff kept us very entertained with games and whenever help was needed they helped straight away

We are guests at the Karmir hotel. We are in room 1165. We arrived at the hotel at around 7 pm on 10th of Nov. Of course we didn’t pay for WiFi, because we are leaving the hotel at 6.30 am. But this night is special for us because we became grandparents. We nearly missed the moment when the little boy was born because of this. I absolutely protest that I had to pay for wifi!!! I know some hotels charge a premium for higher bandwidth use, which can be a necessary upgrade depending on certain guest needs, like video conferencing or streaming movies. But there are just few guests in the hotel! Wifi fees are particularly annoying because it costs the hotel almost nothing to give it to us, the guests. I think it's shady to charge your customers a fee for something that 90% of your customers use. I wouldn’t say a word if the hotel just adds the extra price for WiFi to the room price. Or if there is free wi-fi in the lobby. he free wi-fi in the lobby

Our family of 13 had the worst experience at Karmir Resort and Spa. Out of 13 of us, 8 got severe food poisoning—diarrhea, vomiting, high temperatures—and it wasn’t just us. We saw other guests suffering, with people vomiting in public areas like the toilets and even on the way there. Despite this, when we raised the issue with the staff, they were completely unhelpful. The reception claimed they had no complaints procedure, and when we escalated to the manager, his response was shockingly dismissive: “There are 600 people here, and not everyone is ill, so it's not our fault.” This attitude was not only rude but downright irresponsible. The resort has absurd rules about not being able to take food outside of the designated dining areas. While this might be acceptable under normal circumstances, when my 3-year-old son fell ill, he couldn’t make it downstairs to eat. Despite explaining this, the staff refused to let us take food to the room, forcing us to hide food in our bag to feed him. Keep in mind that our son hadn’t slept the night before because he was constantly vomiting with a high temperature. The hygiene at the resort was atrocious. Our bed sheets were constantly stained, and despite requests, they wouldn’t change the towels. They would just fold our used towels and pretend they were fresh. The staff across the board were rude and dismissive. The food was the same every single day, and it became clear why so many guests got sick—they were recycling old food, day after day. It was unbearable. On top of all this, the entertainment was non-existent, and the water slides were closed most of the time. The entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. I would never recommend Karmir Resort and Spa to anyone. It's not just a bad hotel—it's a health hazard. Stay far away.

I am currently staying here with my partner. We are so impressed with this hotel. We upgraded our room, and it really is fabulous. The food is incredible. I've never seen so much food at an all-inclusive. Even if they served the same food every evening, you could have something different for 2 weeks or more. Snack bar is the perfect alternative at lunch time, burgers, pizza donner and fries. Drinks are strong! Not keen on the beer but the cocktails are strong and very tasty. Animation team are brilliant, and friendy Anistasia comes over to chat every day and they work so hard and are so friendly. The bar and restaurant staff are all lovely. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are cleaned well and we don't have a bad word to say about it. I've already told everyone back at home that have to visit. It's the best all inclusive we have stayed at in a long time. If you have booked you will have an in credible time. We still have a week left and I've never written a review before arriving back in the UK. This place really is amazing.
