Eksiklikler heryerde olur tabiki bir hedef yada bir personeli hedef göstermek bize yakışmaz fakat bazı noktalarda saygısızlık ve rahatsızlık yaşadık buna rağmen herşey bahsettiğimiz arkadaşlar sayesinde iyidi. iyi çalışmalar :)

We have been at the hotel for a week, we were met by pleasant staff at the reception. The hotel has everything for a pleasant stay - air conditioning, clothes dryer, TVs, refrigerators, safe. Rooms are cleaned daily, beach towels are also changed daily. According to nutrition, the food is varied, the breakfast is hearty, lunch is always meat, fish, vegetables, salads, side dishes, sweets, fruits. Dinner is also varied, and national dishes are often prepared. The hotel is located on the first line, behind the hotel there is a view of the mountains. The coast is clean, the stones from the water have been removed by the hotel staff, the sand, the entrance to the sea is smooth. The booking process for an all inclusive 5 day trip was simple via *******. We had to wait a little after the Checkin period for our rooms. The rooms were clean especially the bed sheets. Towels were missing but eventually came after asking twice. Food was a massive issue as nothing is labelled and when asking staff if things were vegetarian they just said yes, even when it wasn’t! Twice we ended up eating something that wasn’t vegetarian which we were very upset about. There was a lot of wasted food from the buffet, and if you don’t arrive early then most likely it won’t be refilled. I cut oranges to juice as there was a juicer there, the manager tried to charge me for it and snatched the oranges away. They don’t take any requests for vegetarian food. Most of the non food staff are friendly and helpful but I wouldn’t stay more than 2 days, however I wouldn’t go back there.

I came here with family and experienced very good , good hospitility very kind personal they were very helpfully. I will come here the next time. Thank you for everything. Maybe see you the next time. We met 2 very kind couple personel they were helpfull for us thank you very much.
