Palapart Gikas Gouvia

What a lovely place to stay. We have a room on the top floor and it's spotlessly clean. The whole apartment block is so well looked after. It's just outside of the hustle and bustle of gouvia which is nice. Literally 5 min walk into the town. Just use the crossing as the road is very busy. There is a lovely little supermarket at the bottom of the road for all your essentials. 100% recommend. Tip make sure you bring some cash. The environment tax has to be paid cash 1.5 euro a night per room. Also if you want air con that's 10 euro a night. I would recommend this as it's so hot

Lovely hotel, incredibly clean and relaxing stay. Very well situated for Gouvia centre, bus stop to Corfu and beaches. The pools aren’t heated so very cold if you visit later in the season - wasn’t a huge problem for us but may be for some. Unfortunately a lot of the restaurants in Gouvia were already closed for the season (end of Oct) but can’t fault the accommodation - we would like to come back in the summer! ☺️

Cont..The supermarket called Diellas was great with lots of fresh fruit and veg.. This was situated on the main road a 10 minute walk away. The main road was very busy, and unfortunately at night and into the early mornings it seemed like a motorbike racing track!! All in all we had a great holiday in Corfu.

Well it's coming to the end of our holiday, we have been here for 2 weeks. What can I say... We stayed in a comfort studio, the rooms have plenty of room and Betty the cleaner is amazing keeping our room spotless, emptying the bins on a daily basis, changing the towels when needed. She works so hard keeping everything around the hotel clean. The only downside to the room was that there wasn't a table to eat from. They could remove the dressing table and put a small breakfast bar with 2 chairs then it would get a 5 star rating from me. Everything in the kitchen to prepare meals if you didn't want to eat out. I would also suggest hiring a car then you can see how beautiful the island is.

We stayed at the Palpart Gikas apartments for 2 weeks in August 24 and we couldn't fault it at all and would recommend these appointments. The staff are very friendly and helpful,and they speak English. The food is reasonably priced compared to some places in Gouvia Town and very nice. Some drinks can be a little expensive mainly spirits. A large bottle of Mythos is €5 or you can have draft. There are 4 swimming pools (3 main ones) and one has swim up rooms. Accommodation: extremely clean (I'm fussy over cleanliness) beds and towels changed every other day and bins emptied daily. There is an oven, microwave, toastie machine, kettle and a large fridge and freezer in the room. Surroundings: The Apartments are set back away from the main road, so it's nice and quite. There is a small shop at the end of the drive which is reasonably priced or there is a supermarket on the main road within a 10 min walk. The bus service is easy to use, and costs around €2 to €5 for a day rider. Gouvia Town: There is plenty of restaurants to choose from, we never had a bad meal at any. We would highly recommend Palapart Gikas appointments.

We stayed at Palapart Gikas mid June till beginning of July 2024. From the moment we arrived this place was everything we wanted and more, modern apartments and we also had a pool view. Food at pool bar was lovely and reasonably priced as was the restaurant at night, although we thought the drinks were expensive ( vodka no mixer 10 euro) Gouvia had just enough going on for us and we enjoyed it. If you are thinking about booking Palapart apartments go ahead I don't think you will be disappointed.
